android head unit rooting.

I posted this in another group, with no response, maybe a location change might help.
I bought this Chinese POS head unit, with what it tells me is running 5.1.
Its slow a crap.
how can I root it?

Is there a thread to learn the basics of Android's Car Audio ?

I'm sorry if my question seem to be stupid but....
I am not specialist and i have a problem with a chinese car audio who use android 7.1.2. It's slow and crash sometimes.
I'd like to learn what is the difference with a smartphone for example and i found nothing: every thread seems to be specialized .
For example: what does MCTB mean ? what's head unit? what is the way to manage my car audio? is it simple or dangerous to flash it?
should i have problem with drivers?
Could you show me the way to an [how-to] or something to better understand what's happen to my car audio and what i can do with?

I recently bought a SWM8802 7 '' 2 DIN Quad Core Car MP5 Player.
I would like to flash another rom on it, unfortunately I can not find out which I can use for my unit.
Who can help me with this?
