Bluetooth problem on PDA2

I can't use bluetooth on my device! When I use bluetooth It started a few seconds and I recive that massege:
Sorry! Bluetooth can no longer be used because the license is expried.

Cast Device Not Connected

Hi,
On both Android devices I have at home connected to the same wifi with my Chromecast, since a while I started getting below (error) message. It does not go away until the devices are off the wifi or of location. Click on the "X" or ">" does not help.
Any idea why this pops-up...?

Hello, There is an uninterrupted connection between the phone and the computer, after 5 minutes the connection is broken or conflicts, how can I solve this process? Throws to the menu in the image , I guess ADB File is missing.

Question Quick Device Connect

I can't turn off Quick Device Connect.. after turn off and I go to setting back, it switch to on again..
And what is ONet?
