Think you need to be abit more specific about your problem and hopefully someone with some knowledge will help you. I don't know much about bricked devices as it's never happened to me. Just trying to help ?

My friend hard bricked his phone.. plz help me out!!

My friend tried rooting his moto g3 but failed and now its not booting up and stuck at the bootloader.. can you guys plz help me solve this problem?

did you try flashing twrp 3.0 and re-installing ?
