Question realme gt3 neo Can it be changed to 10R? - OnePlus 10R / Ace

I'm from China, because I need to use google services, our mobile phones issued in China have removed this service, when I installed the GOOGLE service, it seems very unstable, so I need to flash the Chinese version system to the international version 10r system, in addition I ask my good friend to provide me with the download link of the system ROM image under 10r, thank you

The two phones are so similar that you could try it.
But you also can try to flash your realme to the European version or the Indian version. It is obviously more safe.
I may also try to flash my oneplus ace/10r to the realme UI to test compatibility.

Why not buy the Global version in the first place?

Difference between the Global Android One variant and the Chinese Android One variant

In our local market(in Bangladesh) both the Global and Chinese variants of Nokia 7 plus are available(both of which are Android one), the chinese variant being cheaper.
What are the differences between these 2 variants(if any)? Specially in terms of OTA updates, google services and general usage. Will both of them be supported(get regular updates) for the same duration? Does the Chinese version have compatibility issues with foreign bands? etc.
It would also be helpful if the users of these models share their experiences.
I have searched the forum for this topic, but couldn't find a specific thread that answered all these questions.
Chinese have 6GB RAM, global have 4gb ram
Chinese version dont have Google play service
Ota distribute separately
Chinese version no Android p beta

The chinese variant available here is Android One certified and has Google services enabled. I was wondering if it will get the same software updates as the global version and at the same time.
is it possible to flash firmware from global version to the chinese one? and then have 6GB RAM model with the global version goodies
Doubt about Chinese Models
Hello, I am Brazilian and I intend to import a n7 + into the DX site ... I am in doubt about the Chinese models available ... my version would be TA-1062 4GB / 64GB..would it be the "00WW" or "00CN" variant? I simply loved the device but there are many problems described and the biggest of them is the Chinese models do not participate in the program Android ONE ... I would like at least to be able to install the global ROM TA-1046 in it to be able to enjoy all the support but apparently more problems like bootloader appear..can anyone give me a hint? The store says it's the Taiwa model. Thanks

Buying K20 Pro From China

Hello All,
A friend of mine will be traveling to china the next week, and i can ask him to get me a K20 Pro device.
So i need your advice if i can later install the Global ROM easily without harming the device ?
A friend if mine wants one too, but he uses the phone in Arabic, So does the Global Rom contain Arabic language ?!
Where to buy the phone from Shenzhen - China, and how much it will cost for the 128/8 and 256/8 versions
Thanks all
There's nothing like Global rom as of now. There's either China rom or India rom. Global rom would only be released once K20 is released in Global markets. Your best bet is to either use India or miui.eu rom which both suppport multi-lang. The prices of K20 pro in China have recently received a price cut and your friend can easily get the devices from the Official MI stores. Check mi.com for the latest price, conversion and store info.
To flash EU or India rom or Global(Post Release) rom, you'll have to keep bootloader unlocked forever. Locking it back while being on any other Rom from the Original rom (China) will brick the device.
Not sure if you plan to use any apps that highly depend on a locked bootloader.

Chinesse version also has english language, just ask him to look for sealed box that has not been opened before (wrapped in nylon)
This color is amazing, and yes there is a nice price cut which makes it even better

Many Thanks, Much appreciated
No mention for device color on the box ?!
And do you recommend getting it and getting the Chinese version ?!
is there any problems with the 4G or Network Signal in general ?!
Easy to check, search for yours and your friend's carrier frequencies for every band, then compare with this site:
https://www.frequencycheck.com/mode...[device_brand_id_eq]=&q[frequency_bands_id_eq
This is a list that shows you which of the frequencies does K20 Pro support.
If you want to know about carriers and their frequency compatibility, go there:

Yep. China version has two other languages apart from Chinese and English. You'll get OTA's aswell. Just that you'll to have to debloat and Install Google Play and Services manually initially. Too much of Junk comes pre-installed which can be uninstalled easily.
If you're getting the device from MI home or mi.com then nothing to worry as you'll get a sealed device. If your friend orders it online (Ali, gearbest etc) then look for sealed devices in the listing or ask the seller in PM. Most of the sellers online, unlock the devices and flash a fake global rom to be able to sell them globally. There's also an MI official store on Ali, which will give you a sealed device. But, if a MI store is closeby, then nothing like getting in person from there.
I have used this device extensively for the last 2 weeks and i don't see any major challenges. Fantastic VFM device with up to date features. Just minor software bugs that'll iron out with time.
China version has NFC as an added advantage which the India unit misses on. Not sure if the Global units will get it. Another advantage of China model is that it gets you beta access. Beta builds (more stable while still being beta) are still available for China only models while Xiaomi few months back phased out global beta builds to focus on stable channel. Android Q beta is only available for China models as of now.

If i got the Chinese version, and Xiaomi released the device in Europe as Mi 9T Pro
Will i be able to convert the phone to the official EU ROM without any problems or need to unlock the bootloader and lose the OTA updates ?!

You'll need an unlocked bootloader to flash the Global Rom (Official or MIUI.Eu) Till the time you're on an Official rom, irrespective of whether it is Chinese or Global, you'll always get OTA's. Just that you can't lock the bootloader of a Chinese device with Global rom on it. Moreover, unlocking the bootloader doesn't effect the OTA updates.

So i will unlock the bootloader, Flashing the official Global, then use the device as normal without any problems
And the ROM will be intact not a modified one ?

Your use of the device is subjective. Unlocking the bootloader would show the device as uncertified in the playstore. You can't play FHD Videos in Netflix because your L1 certification would be downgraded. Any pay apps that you might wanna use, GPay etc you won't be able to use that.
All.of the above could have been fixed if Xiaomi didn't probhit people from locking Bootloaders of Chinese variants with global roms. This was possible a year back but it's getting harder day by day.
Band 20 is missing on the China Device. Usually the Global variants would have that. Some countries use that band for VoLTE service, check that with your service provider.
Honestly, I can live w/o all the above because my usage doesn't require them. Not sure about yours.

Yes it comes with lot of chinese apps that probably rest of the world defines as bloat. Most of them can be directly uninstalled and the rest can be either disabled or uninstalled through adb. You can clean the OS as much as you wish.
Can i flash the Indian Stock Official ROM to Chinese K20 Pro ?!

Remi k20 pro Global 9.5.31 beta ROM

Hello, I bought a Remdi k20 pro 2 months ago in Japan from amazon( I'm still in Japan now) and apparently I got a the "fake" Global version one. The firmware version is 9.5.31 and I can't get any updates from the official Updater. Now I have some questions.
1) In this forum I read that I need to install a "fresh" update to overcome this "problem". I will go back to europe next year so I would like to have a European firmware if possibile, how can I download it?
2)This Redmi k20 is the chinese Version with the fake Global Firmware apparently... From the settings it is identified as "Mi 9 T Pro" ( maybe its because the "fake" Global firmware wants to make the phone look as a Global version even though is the Chinese one), does this mean that it has the B20 LTE? Is is a matter of Software or hardware? If i Install the european firmware, will the B20 LTE work?
Thanks in advance!

Installing EU rom on Chinese version?

I'll be receiving this phone with a Chinese version on it, is it possible to flash the eu/global version on it?
Nope and not gonna happen anytime soon, I ended just buying another phone
One seller told me that they were sending a chinese phone with the global rom and another one told me that it was the chinese rom but that they gave me an easy process to add google apps.

There is a global ROM version of this phone. And I believe there are less issues than the CN ROM for non-China users.
I have a CN ROM version and I've removed all the bloatware and installed Google apps.. but it's still not the same as a pure global ROM.
There are many small differences that cannot be fixed so easily with the CN version. Such as the Google Assistant can't be accessed with the long press home button. Also, some of the apps still show the Chinese version even when downloaded in English.
I would suggest spending a bit more and home straight for the global ROM.

I think it happened in realme q to relme 5 pro, they ported the global rom. Check the forum
I hope so.. Thanks for the update
CN > Global
I wonder if this is possible? If so, then it will be possible to take the Chinese version. And if all the same, Realme protected the system so that it is impossible to do? All the same, the device is distributed in different countries.

Realme x2 pro versiĆ³n rmx1931_global_G.15 actualizar

I have version RNX1931_GLOBAL_G.15 and when I try to install the new version c.23 or c.26 for recovery it says failed and it puts me down on my software version 2.1 (rooted).
Could my phone be rooted but blocked to install updates?
same problem and need solution
Same issue here. I am on c24, trying to update to c27 and after going through the whole update cycle, when it boots up it gives me a notification saying "Update failed". No good idea why that would be...
Realme x2 pro
I just bought the Realme X2 pro and can see that the software version is RMX1931_Global_G.15. To be clear, I bought this phone from a Chinese shop via eBay. But I was hoping someone could help.
After googling this, this software version doesn't exist on any pages and I'm unable to update to realme UI via the Realme Europe or India page.
Anyone know how I can install the latest firmware?
I bet that this is a CN version of realme x2 pro that flashed to a modified global version with msmdownloadtool(Realme flash tool). If this is the case maybe you can try to unlock the bootloder with realme In-depth test app and try to flash a global/cn version through twrp recovery. I do not know if it is possible to unlock the bootloder with this firmware, I really think that there is very little chanace that you will be able to update it at all. This situation is happening because realme does not protact their flash tool good enough and sellers can crack this flash tool or obtain realme account to flash weird firmware.Realme does not release a flash tool. There is good reasons not to release it as sellers can flash wierd things before shipping device to cutomers but it open a opportunity to pepole to crack and offer it as a unbrick/flashing firmwere service for money and that what is happening right now .

I bought it from China as well. I had the same. OS previously. And I was easily able to update using the CN version of android 10. However do note it will install some. Chinese apps and some other issues related to Chinese version of x2 pro. Best would be if you can dump this rom and share with a Dev, maybe they are able to develop a global version of roms based on this. Unfortunately for me as I was too much excited I updated to RUI instantly before backing up this RoM.
