Need to take Exynos S10 back to stock - Samsung Galaxy S10 Questions & Answers

I rooted my Exynos S10 and I now need to flash it back to stock. What do I need to do in order to get there? It's been awhile.

Install Stock ROM with Odin. Download last version with Frija. Or try open Recovery Mode and in Recovery Mode make factory/reset, restart phone. After this you will lost all what you installed.

OK I DL'd the stock ROM, it's in that weird enc4. Do I just unzip that and install it with ODIN?

Yes, unzip and install with ODIN. AP, BL, CP and CSC.

Ok well new problem. I can't seem to get it to recognize the phone on my computer when I plug in the USB cable. It charges though. WTF?

Did you install the latest driver? Try change USB socket. Open ODIN as Administrator.

My note wont turn on, it does however go into DL mode... I don't know whats going on here since i got it like that. Anything I should put on the sd card or any advise?
you got the phone in that state ??
I would suggest flashing GB firmware in ODIN and starting from a fresh install.

How exactly do I do that? I've had Android for years but never done technical stuff like that
You need to download the GB ROM from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1424997 and flash it using PC ODIN
Nice guide by Dr Ketan there to download, flash and root stock roms.

I'm In A Bad Situation...

Hi guys,
So this morning I found that an AOSP-based Android 5.0 ROM was available for my S3 mini. I knew that this ROM would have several issues (no camera, GPS, 3G etc.) but I really didn't expect to get into the situation that I'm currently in...
Probably because of compatibility reasons, I can no longer access my recovery (TWRP v2.7.10). This means that I'd need to use Odin to flash a new ROM. However, when I connect my phone to the PC, it doesn't show up in Windows Explorer, and I get a message saying that the device malfunctioned, and that I should try reconnecting it (which, of course, I tried about 173 times).
So it seems that it is now impossible for me to install a new ROM.
Would any of you guys have the faintest idea of what I can do now?
Thanks
Extra Info: My phone's WiFi works, but since I don't have Gapps installed, I've only got the stock browser, which crashes about 3 seconds after I open it, so accessing the internet on my phone is practically impossible. I also don't have any file explorer installed, since I'm on completely stock Android and don't have Play Store access.

Turn of your phone and enter Download Mode (Power+VolumeDown+Home) and flash the Odin Version of CM11 via ODIN. When it gets to the part when it autoreboots enter recovery(Power+VolumeUp+Home). Restore your backup or do whatever you need to do.

Nope.
Update: I used a different cable, and the phone is now recognised by Odin and ADB, but still not recognised by Windows Explorer. This is a huge relief, because at least now it's possible to install new ROMs. I'd still like to get Windows to recognise it though.
You don't need Windows Explorer to flash with odin

So I should be fine for installing new ROMS then. What about when Gapps is released for 5.0? Will I be able to convert that to an Odin package?

flash a custom rom via odin, after that download the NovaFusion's TWRP Recovery v2.8.0.0 20140911 from here (download odin version) and flash it via odin.
After that you can flash GApps with TWRP - very simple

ok then you must go the "hard way":
Download the rom "I8190 серв. укр.rar" from here.
Unpack .rar and open Odin.
Select the goldenxx.pit to [PIT]
CODE_I8190XXAMA2_809600_REV00_user_low_ship.tar.md 5 to [PDA]
CSC_QXE_I8190QXEAMA1_20130109.163004_REV00_user_lo w_ship.tar.md5 to [CSC]
Put your phone in download-mode and connect it to computer.
Hit [Start] when device is detected by Odin.
You will end up with a "La'Fleur" branded phone, but no worries!
Just go to download mode again and flash your choice of firmware and the custom recovery as well.
The three button combo will still work!
And one tipp at last: forget lollipop until it is stable and for daily use ...

I used Odin 3.10.6 but while flashing odin told me the device got removed (still connected to the PC)
Try it again. Put each of the 4 files in its corresponding spot in odin matching each file with the spot (BL, AP, CP and CSC), put S6 in download mode, connect it to the pc via usb, press start in odin after it recognizes the phone. Use the original usb that came with the S6.

Which version of the firmware did you odin flash? I have download links for
the baseband and bootloader but I do not want to post the wrong versions.
I am certain of one thing though, your problem is not related at all to the baseband or the bootloader.
If you have successfully odin flashed the proper version of the N910T firmware then you already have
the bootloader and baseband in your phone.
What you really need to do is to go into download mode and odin flash the proper version of twrp.
Then pull the battery and replace it, once it's replaced hold down the volume-up, home key and
the power button at the same time until you feel the phone vibrate, then let go of all the buttons
and the phone will go into twrp recovery.
Once you get there do a full wipe:
System, data, cache and dalvik cache and last but not least do a factory reset.
Once that's done let twrp reboot your phone and you should be good to go except
you will need to odin flash cf-autoroot if you want root access.
Good luck,
Have a great day!

Follow the instructions I posted for you.

Okay, then odin flash the "N910TUVU1ANK4_N910TTMB1ANK4_N910TUVU1ANK4_HOME.tar"
again, reboot the phone into download mode but before you do, remove and replace the battery.
Once in download mode go ahead and odin flash the "N910TUVU1ANK4_N910TTMB1ANK4_N910TUVU1ANK4_HOME.tar".
Then go back into download mode and odin flash the twrp recovery. (first remove and replace the battery)
Be SURE you use the proper version of twrp before you odin
flash it, the proper version for N910T is "twrp trtetmo 2.8.7.0" ...
If the above don't work for you then you must not be following
the instructions 100% to a "T" ...
Good luck!

Quick question, what firmware version were you at before this started and have you tried installing an older or newer version like LP for example?. Also verify you are downloading the correct version for your model.
