I managed to find out a few things at the source - Orange PL.
The phone has not passed the certification tests for the above-mentioned services.
I was advised to set up a topic on Nasz.orange.pl - if there is a big response - the operator will re-test for certification and there is a chance of activation.

Telefon nie przeszedł testów do certyfikacji dla ww. usług.
Dostałem poradę o założenie tematu na nasz.orange.pl - jeśli będzie duży odzew - operator ponowi testy w celu certyfikacji i jest szansa na aktywację.

Musimy zbierać jak najwięcej głosów - wtedy Orange zobowiązało się ponownie przeprowadzić certyfikację.
In T-Mobile VoLTE is unlocked for this phone and it doesn't work correctly, voice is distorted and robotic in outgoing calls, so Orange is right to block certification. First Asus should make working phone, then certify it with cariers, and then sell to the customers.

Mój Chammer miał niską wersję boota 1.2 ale był w wersji 3G chcąc zrobic z WM5 na WM6 musiałem miec w nim bota 2.xx więc ściągnąłem plik RUU_Molski.Biz_AKU2.3-226102_22610105_024711_WWE-30MB-CF2-G3.exe
i fon się normalnie przeflashował ale teraz po włączeniu tylko miga lekko cały LCD
i nic poza tym. Nie mogę go zresetowa ani wprowadzic w tryb boot.
Wiem tylko że trzeba przytrzyma klawisze Aparatu i Voice Dial i zrobi reset
żeby pokazał się boot

Te romy są zabezpieczone i nie da się z nimi nic zrobić...załatw taki niezabezpieczony rom od Miriego albo Duttyego a wtedy można będzie pomysleć o przetłumaczeniu...i dlaczego uważasz,że to co polskie nie może być też dobre??

I'm sorry, but I think you have hardware problem...
If wifi doesn't work on wm 2003 too, than it is not caused by the rom , and in because of that you cannot find software patch for hardware issue...
But...
Write some more information about the problem.

Odpowiem tutaj, bo chwilowo mam male zamieszanie z kontem na pdaclub.
Jeden z forumowiczów na moim forum (ppc.smartphone.org.pl) miał podobny problem.
Ale u niego po którejś zmianie romu się udało... więc może sprubuj jeszcze pożonglować romami i radiami zanim kupisz dawce/nowego ba...
Co do możliwości "braków" z płyty, to wszystkie modele BA jakie znam posiadają wifi...
(sam mam spv m2000)
Także myśle że opcje są 2 : uszkodzona płyta, albo coś nie tak z romami

I have one unit
Parking.RS is a free application that simplifies parking paying in most towns in Serbia (42 so far). As it is useful only to the WP users in Serbia (all five of them , only supported language is Serbian.
Usage is rather simple – just select the appropriate parking zone and the app will generate the SMS message. Current town and registration plates can be changed in the Options page (shown automatically at the first run). If there is a (strong) demand, I could add automatic town determination via geolocation. I personally don’t travel much, so it isn’t much bother to change the town manually once in a while.

Kako se snalazite sa "našim" slovima u tablicama? Pretpostavljam da je rešenje instalirati nešto kao "Native Keyboard for WP7".
Nisam od neke koristi tu, nemam nasa slova na tablici. Al' kontam da je to jedino resenje? Mada, zar ne bese da mozes i umesto č da ukucas c npr. ? Ne secam se sad bas, al znam da je bilo price o tome jos kad su uvodili nove tablice, posto imas stare telefone koji ni nemaju mogucnost "kukičavih" slova?
Želim da pohvalim trud uložen u aplikaciju ali i da primetim grešku, za Novi Sad nisu dobri brojevi 8211 crvena, 8212 plava, 8213 strand, 8214 najlon i 8215 dnevna gde može.

Jos jedna pohvala za aplikaciju Drago mi je da vidim da i kod nas WP7 nije mrtva platforma. Steta sto nas MS nije ukljucio u zadnjem prosirenju marketa pa da stimulise vise ljudi da prave aplikacije
