Sorry for non french users, this is a Paris specific utility (to use the Public Bike transportation System called VELIB)
Bonjour,
-Gestion Stations Velib Favorites (avancement : 10%)
-Recuperation info Live Station Velib (bornes libres, velo disponibles etc...)(avancement : 100%)
-interface "Finger Friendly" (gros boutons)
Merci
EDIT TRANSLATION :
I am currently developping a little soft for Pocket PC called VelibNET for my own needs. But if this could also be useful to you i would like to share it. Its a tool to use Velib (public bike stations) in Paris more efficiently.

Thanks
Sorry for my English but THIS IS AN ENGLISH SITE. I know you French think you are special but you really aren't. You can start your own French developers site if you care to.
ok, you dont need to be insulting or aggressive toward anyone like you are doing...
As far as i know, foreign language is not prohibited on this site. If you cant read it then just pass your way and ignore it, no harm will be done to you or your family !
Peace
What Kimtyson was trying to say is, this forum's language is English, they just came off a little harsh.
Hey if it is Paris only cool. But if you wish to keep your Post in French, Please post an English Translation.
This tool could be very interesting for Parisians
I'm waiting for it!
Can't wait to try this one out.
Is it coming anuy time soon ?
Good news for French Guys

as a senior member i thought you might have been
a a little more polite
b not as xenophobic as your post seems to make you
c maybee a little more understanding as to what guigui42 posted
"Sorry for non french users, this is a Paris specific utility "
this post was designed specificly to HELP people in and around paris. why would you take offence after reading that to find that the rest of the post was in french?
merci guigui42...... from a not so xenophobic englishman
as an english speaking german living in Paris with just some few french words in my language skills... love to have this application .
And I always thought the internet is truely global and not english only ... maybe I am wrong. Plus I still enjoy the indonesian conversation in garmin's tread .. but I guess this is all wrong to ?
Heeee . come on guys. Be a bit more flexible and motivate this guy who offered to do some for all .. even if you need to life in Paris to benefit from it

Hi guigui42,
this is very cool idea, although I do not need as I am not living in France.
However, if you need help to translate your software (if you plan on adding multilanguage, of course!), I'll be happy to give you a hand!
Good luck and have fun programming .
@ guigui42
1) It is a great idea would love to use it (tell me if you need beta test help)
2) as Paris is a multi-lingual and Velib is used a lot by tourists as well , maybe a french / english version would be good
3) a integartion in google maps would be mega cool, like find next Velib station and show free bikes
4) may you can integrate a minute tracking of bike usage to give a payment statistic with a simple start / stop timer ?
just some quick ideas

HTC TyTN II Kaiser change imei

first of all please adhere to forum policies and post in english. Secondly i believe it is illegal to try and change the imei number of a phone if thats what you are trying to do.
If a translation is not available i will close this thread in a day.
Translation from Spanish:
Hello people of the forum, I am of Argentina. I bought myself a HTC TyTN II Kaiser which is already unlocked, functions with the CLEAR businesses and with PERSONNEL, but not with MOVISTAR!!! Is it because the imei this DENIED that is to say this in a negative way, and therefore I need to change him the imei. I himself hear that is illegal to change the imei, but the law may be obsolete. I was seeking information but I did not find anything that resulted. If some he would be able me to guide or to recommend me some program would be grateful, many thanks greetings for all.

The law is not "obsolete" in 90% of the world, and it is very much illegal to change the IMEI of a cellular device. The reason it is saying "DENIED ACCESS" is because it has most likely been entered into the database as a stolen telephone. You are probably in posession of stolen property, whether you were a knowing accomplace or not matters not in the eyes of the law. Posession of stolen property is posession of stolen property. In the United States, stolen merchendise exceeding $500 in value is considered grand larceny. Grand larceny class B felony. Also in the United States, chaning the IMEI of a cellular unit is a Class C felony, and defrauding a public utility is a class C or B felony, depending on how much service you illegitimatly obtained.

maybe you have the the reason, is illegal, but when you unlock the phone bands, it's illegal, and when you change the rom it's illegal too, At least in my country, why do you can't help people with problems in their devices, The cellular operators have a double morality, accuse you for modifying a device that already you paid and it is supposed that it is yours, but when you protest for the service they do not notice you but your if you have to expire with a ridiculous contract on your telephone, which I repeat it is supposed that it is yours. please help Geniuses, The thieves also have the tools, but some of us are not so brilliant

Simple reason? because we HATE THEIFS. I just had a kaiser stolen that i was shipping to a friend. Should its IMEI be able to be unblocked or changed? I think NOT.
I thank god all the genius people here refuse to help theifs.

Sorry, but are you Ingenuous?, they have the tools and the Knowledge enought, it's a bussines, in all world but there're many people that we have problems with our devices, I have lost a lot of money, with devices Unstable or defective, when you lost the device U call the operator for lock, But you know that is only for a few hours. maybe you have the reason again, but my mobile phone isn't stolen but i have problems with the imei, you have the power in your hands, You are those that they know, and the knowledge is ALL on the world. sorry for lost your time, Because now I belong to one more of the thieves of mobiles according to you

Windows Phone 7, total disappointment.

Greetings.
I have an HD7. I bought so many illusions, but it was a total disappointment. It moves very fast, this is perfect. But Microsoft forgot important details. File Explorer does not exist, nor Phone Search, and the option to synchronize the daily papers went completely ignored, they forgot it. I think only options were based on multimedia and forgot the professional market. The option is Mobile Device Center is very important for those who work daily editing Word documents. I hope Microsoft does something with these situations, for music, photos and videos is not going to give them hope to push this operating system. Zune also use our device to synchronize limited. I think back to my HD2 if not get a solution with my HD7.
If anyone knows a solution to my problem please post it.
Saludos.
office mobile is on the phone so I don't understand why you can't edit word documents...
Yes this phone is very mutlimedia heavy, it's obvious that microsoft is pushing this first towards the general market to try and reclaim some market share. That has been pretty obvious from MWC earlier this year.
Your post does not make any sense.
- The Office HUB is present by default in WP7 and you can see/edit Office documents
- Zune is the best music / video management software on the WP platform
Yes Microsoft has clearly targeted the general population with this release, this is not a surprise, it has been communicated wildly in the previous months so unless you live on a desert island and you bought the phone without reading a line about it or even coming here and see everybody's rant at the future OS, there is no way you could not know.
for me the hardware was much more of a dealbreaker than the OS. I actually really like WP7 but the HD7 has a subpar camera with a terrible camera button. The bezel was coming away from the side on my phone. Also i got very spotty signal.
On the OS side, there is no reason to slide to unlock and then press accept to answer a call, that always annoyed me.
I have done the same mistake as you
I bought the HD7 with WP7 on it, but without read any information about the new os before.
I was very disappointed, about this minimal os and no or a few administrator functions, as i realized that. And i dont believe that Microsoft leave their new politic line in future, that other developer could write some system tools we need.
Before i used a HTC Blackstone with installed MN6.5 and i ve thought that WP7 was only new released to make it faster and with some new functions or updates, so as the new OS for PC Windows7.
But they deliver a "dumb user device"
No Explorer, no other Browser possible, no static ip, not much setting options, and so on, and so on.
For me an useless PocketPC!! Its a Multimedia Player with an integrated Telephone.
The Hardware from HTC is very nice, but i hope now for an imminent Jailbreak to use more soft, or a possibility to update the rom with old WindowsMobile6.5.
I wrote my opinion to the german Microsoft Support Forum too, that they have a negative feedback from an advanced user.
You all should do it too, that they notice the Dissatisfied!!!
Regards
gcmobile
You bought a phone without research and are now disappointed that it does exactly what is said it would do?
A matter of weeks after launch you complain it hasnt got the tweeks / feature unlocks and so on of a mature OS? Can't think why.... can you?
Why be an early adopter if you cant live with what that entails... My HD7 is vastly nicer and more reliable than either my previous Galaxy S and the iPhone 3g I had before.
They both got better with age - so will WP7 and HD7.
I like it...i dislike it.....i like it .......i dislike it.......
It seems to me that nowdays people starts new threads only for let us know how much they love or hate their new toy.....missing a file explorer ,want a white theme and so on.......ok ,i say this is pretty nice but ,please, dont start any useless flame ,be polite, i won't close another thread for that reason.
Cheers.

I'm serious, m$ expects us to buy their new OS by showing us tiles thst flip. And as locked down as a iphone. Great job M$! I love my GalaxyS. It gives us the freedom WM5, WM6, WM6.1 and WM6.5 gave us for many years. Wm7 is the new KIN. And we all know what happened to the KIN.

Yeah other than giving MS and majority of it's users a headache the WM5, 6 and 6.5 also gave iPhone and Android a HUGE market share cause no one wanted to use the buggy/crappy/lag-fest WM except a few nerds that also had to install 10,000 different ROMS just to make their WM phones into something half-decent. Thank God MS didn't listen to you when developing their OS or we'd still be stuck with windows 3.1. If you're happy with Galaxy S then why are you trolling here? The mods need to close these threads as it's pretty obvious that whenever someone makes a "WP7 is crap!" flame bait thread, the android fan boys jump in.

considering regular users outnumber power users about 100 to 1, I doubt they really care if you like their phone. They didn't make it with power users in mind, that was winmo 6 and you see how well that did. You can keep the buggy, always needs a custom ROM hd2. I'll keep a phone that hasn't needed but 1 soft reset in a week that is just smooth!!!

oh come on now, you close this one, 5 more will pop up tomorrow from people that throw down 600.00 without reading a review.
I am also amazed about these utterly useless threads.
- WP7 was never intended for "power users" but more for the general public as was already mentioned.
- WP7 OS will grow over time, (as did the iphone OS) and will then include more features.
- If you buy something new, READ UP ON IT FIRST.
@Mods: can someone not simply create a "controlled" voting thread with who likes what where people can just moan and complain so amount of these threads can be cut down?
I for one do NOT care if someone likes or dislikes his phone and am getting tired of sifting through the threads to find the ones i really want to read.
Thanks!
Nice idea pencilcase,
i will do a thread like you said this evening and i will do some clean around.

Seems like what we have here is something off the WP7 commercial.
"Now I could spent more time with her, then spending more time with myself"
HD7 rocks!!!
Greetings.
When you create the post, never thought I would get much response. It was only my opinion and an outlet. I think the HD7 is a great team. Just that Microsoft is slipping in File Explorer it is extremely important in any operating system. Also, who does not like to create your ringtone and use them to your contacts, second failure of WP7.
HD2 and I had a stolen. I thought it best to buy the latest in the market because the cost of both phones at full price is the same. They spoke of the speed of HD7, personalization, etc. But in any forum which was spoken between the operating system that lacked these important details. We can only wait to see if the release of software fixes these issues.
Sorry for those who are uncomfortable with my comments, but I know I'm not the only one who has encountered this when having the equipment in their hands. Many Blessings to all.
Saludos.
Ok fellas, the thread was already created by Dotcomp here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=847822
use it for post your thought about wp7 and hd7 but be nice,im going to close this and the other non rlevant threads.

[Q] Lg Watch R WIFI

Hello,
Lg Watch R has t-elle really WiFi or not
According our dutch android news site it has.
They mailed LG and asked them the same question.
LG officially mailed and stated that LG G Watch R will get WiFi support.
It's dutch but you can use Google Translate...
http://androidworld.nl/wearables/wifi-smartwatches/
this is pretty much the main thing being talked about in the 5.1.1 thread here - probably best to read through that and track it there.
In France we have just received a putting has in the daytime, of wear, this one does not concern the WiFi then?
I contacted LG Brazil and reported that does not support WiFi .
Who to believe ??
I contacted LGUS today and they would neither confirm nor deny WiFi for the GWR. The online chat rep ended the session by saying that "They would need to contact me later after they did some research to provide me with an accurate answer." I thought for sure that she misunderstood my question and assumed that I was more interested in the 5.1.1 release. If that were the case I could see why support might not be fully up to speed on 5.1.1 and would want to research a little more. After I explained that I was simply interested in the specs (i.e. is it WiFi ready? Does it have an antenna?) she said she understood and reiterated that LG would need time to research. Why in the world would support not have this info immediately at hand? They need time to research the specs for something that's been out for months?
The bottom line is either Phandroid is wrong or LG lied at the initial press conference and the FCC gave out bogus accreditation.
Are the features of what wifi can do really all that important? I understand it's a feature that should be included especially if it was advertized by LG. But for what it does, how often will it be used?

No, I don't think it's really all that important. IMO the whole thing has blown up more because LG won't confirm or deny if WiFi is possible. As I understand it the WiFi would simply allow you to receive notifications if your phone wasn't with you. If I'm wearing the watch my phone is with me so it's really a moot feature to me. I just contacted LGUS because of all the hoopla I read and was curious. The fact that they gave me the runaround just has me all the more curious now.
Maybe the guy from LG Germany can tell us more soon....

Bs. Fcc certifation has also different tests which need an antenna to be performed
A lot of devices use the same antenna for WiFi (802.11n) and Bluetooth since they are on the same frequency.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/g-watch-r/general/g-watch-r-disassembly-t3093668
As you can see, the integrated chip is also WiFi capable, and since the chip is combo (BT+WiFi) there's no problem to use the same BT antenna for WiFi.

So, if I my french is still good enough, LG France confirms the WiFi update.
Confirms once and unconfirmed it once. 1-1 still nothing reliable yet... I wish the update was out!
guys anyone knows when should we expect this damn update? I am going crazy waiting for this s*it to come out ..its like I am awaiting a birth of my child ...
i need this update and I need WiFi just to kid the pundits who say it can't be.
LG Europe confirmed wifi this morning (mail to Jean Luc Rio) so I do not think it answer wrong info at customers So I think wifi is OK for LG-R
