Question Revert back to global MIUI

I have flashed the Xiaomi eu rom on my RN 10, now I want to go back to the global version. How to do it?

Use official xiaomi flash tool to flash it via fastboot.

Just out of interest, why do you want to switch back to the global rom?

There is no major difference between these two roms, I like to have the "official" rom on my phone

How was stability for you? Was it as smooth as the stock rom? Also, did you check if the call recording feature works in Xiaomi.eu from?

it works everything like it should!!

My model is redmi note 10 sunny .. not sure if I can use the official ROM for mojito ?

You can, it's the same ROM, at least for xiaomi.eu

The first thing I do when I buy a xiaomi / redmi / poco is to change my rom to xiaomi.eu. I prefer to have the mi phone and mi messages aplication and there are options that the Global rom does not have, such as super wallpapers for example.

Has ther been any issue about going back to Official Global such as Anti-Roll-Back etc.?
Didn't flash for some time and asking myself if it's still a problem...

Once you went back to the official, did you notice performance improvement? I'm on xiaomi.eu and found a couple of issues with apps and also some apps are behaving very slow. I don't remember that in the week or so that I had the stock Rom....

I assume you are already unlock bootloader. Just flash it with miflashtool (found on official website). I already tested. From Global to EU and back to Global Indonesian. #DWYOR
The regular Global is suck, dialer, message and contact using google product.

Question Default dialler and Contacts

Hello, I have the mi 11, (MIUI Global 12.0.11 stable) in UK is there a way to get the miui dialler and contacts to work?
As I am no fan of the Google versions.

Hello, you have to unlock your bootloader and flash weekly rom from xiaomi.eu.
No other way to have miui dialer, contacts and message working.

General New concept about Chinese Rom Mi 11 Ultra

i intnded to flash xiaomi.eu on my Mi 11 ultra chinese version but i gave atrial for rollback to chinese rom from global rom i faced 3-4 errors but finally i flashed the last fastboot chinese rom and i found that
1-installed all google apps working ok, and debloat chinese apps with ADB
1-chinese rom is underestimated specially for non-chinese persons it is not bad at all
2-faster and fluent than global rom better battery backup
2-Fast updates with new features
3- calls recording without prealert voice

It works but the notifications are hit and miss , sometimes you don't get them until you unlock the device

What version do you have installed? 12.5.12 stable?

Thank you so much, as I thought China official is a rocket, despite Xiaomi EU which is very lacking in performance and has some bugs as well, next week as soon as I have my OC I will install this, would be nice if we could install the weekly as well but I don't think you can find the fastboot version

agree mate,i bought also cn mi 11 ultra and i make a comparison with a friend of mine with eu and cn its much faster than eu at everything..bench/scrolling/fluidity/responce

yes china official is more fast than global specially after removal of all bloatware
i didnt think before in weekly because this is my main phone so i want stability

Yes i compared to global rom is better in addition to china official advantages fast updates, call recording, new features, banking apps working well

I will go to China asap, this Phone get its best on China ROM, the only pain is a bit of Chinese and not full translation

now im on china stable if any future updates can i use recovery update or should always fastboot?

You can use the official updater, easy, if you have root it is a bit different but still you can use it I'll tell you how in that case

So that is mean i will nor receive OTA updates ? if i want to update in the future i need to download recovery update or fastboot update?

You can always update official ROMs via OTA

I would recommend Xiaomi.eu in case of less spying and less bloatware apps.

Is there any tint fix for 64mp model in Xiaomi eu rom coz i ave a file but whenever i flash that my bluetooth breaks i have tried it on latest builds of eu

Question System Apps not updating.

Currently on miui eu rom
Some system apps can't be updated say's conflict with package,
As I have tried both china n global version apps but same result,
Anyone states why? it's only me or anyone else got this issue !

Some apps are modified by Xiaomi Eu rom to adapt them to their roms and/or for translation and cannot be updated or downgraded.

xiaomu.eu does not allow you to update xiaomi apps as they update they manually with each rom update
