I did a dirty flash from 20220503 and no much problems found yet. BTW I want to ask if usb tethering is fully working, bc mine is not. Could it be caused by the dirty flash?

Probably causes from Dirty Flash, if u do clean flash It'll work as stable.

Absolutely, I have this problem. No issue when the sd card is removed.
I like the ROM, but when connected with my car audio via bluetooth, there is massive stuttering, that makes it unusable.
Any fix?
the update function in the settings is missing, will it be added later or did i installed the os wrong
I clean flash the rom. Major bug: Camera lagging or hanging when using and hanging and lagging happen when switching the camera. And it is occurring for any camera app. Also, the status bar double-tap sleep not working when the phone is unlocked.

All the rom I tried in the last year were very slow, but now I use AwakenOS 12.1 with MicroG. It runs quite fine.

yes but there is few bugs as it early build of Android 13. Ram management is not so good. This latest bulid takes about 3.1gb ram in normal state of my 4gb ram phone.

is there a fix for the apps to crash? like almost all apps are crashing. even the core which sometimes leads to instant restart of phone. and sometimes it takes several times to restart again to make it to the home screen.
this occurred when i use the rom for a month or so. on the few days after the installation. it works perfectly though

Great rom but now I have bluetooth battery drain. Dont know exactly why but it stops when bluetooth is off.

Re-install the ROM by the clean way with wipes and also don't forget to format data. There is no bug with notification bar!

1) You can easily saw that there kinda different nicknames "Granrage_VL" vs "Granrage". I don't have any access to my old account. That's why I've created new thread.
2) Kinda hard to say, now team PE provides two editions of Pixel Experience: Standart(Pie) and Plus(Pie). Standart is just a clean PE without any extra settings and other stuff. Plus is a version with extra settings and some other stuff. But also there is no big difference(on rom side, not a device, for device there was a lot of changes) between old PE and PE Plus, only new PE Standart edition don't have extras.
3) No, you better install it by the clean way to avoid any bugs. Too much changes in code.

Yeah, sorry, I'm working on it. That's hard to check for me, cuz there is no volte in my country. Should be fixed in the next update.

Thanks for this ROM, this is the best ROM I've use so far. But I notice some Bug in Screen Recorder when you start Recording using System audio as Audio Source the Sound is gone. After you Record there's no sound if you play the Captured Video you'll need to use earphones to use if you want to have audio in your screen recorder (but still recording didn't give any Audio until you stop recording).

The best rom
I install this rom (pie plus) with clean install, (restore to factory from orangefox and delete data). I don't know why, my notifications bar sometimes lost one of the logo (yesterday i lost a signal strength bar, which came back after restart. Now i lost alarm logo).
Other than that, this version better than last version. The battery consumption is better than last version.
How about Android 10 Beta build? Is Android 10 possible for our old device?
When i convert any app into system i get boot-loops. What can i do?
Took me a couple hours but I'm running it on my markw. Have to say, it's the best custom rom I've tried since I started fiddling with ROMs on 2013. It's better than miui, which I'm glad I'm never coming back to, and also I no longer want to buy a new phone, as this one is quicker again. Thank you!
I'm still struggling to make the fingerprint reader recognise my fingerprint, but that's not a major issue.

I got a 4+64 modified version of markw,then I almost tried all the android p official rom for markw,like havoc,mokee,dotos,crdroid and pe plus,they all have a same problem that when I was on the phone, it was difficult for the other party to hear my voice,only rr os does not have this problem.It seems that it is not a hardware problem?

I didn't get any reports of that problem yet but I don't have any TV where I can test it. If you could test and give logs if it doesn't work it'll be wonderful.

This build is not force encrypted. I am using Official TWRP and it's working fine for me but I'm not encrypted so can't say.

I do not have any issue with camera. VoLTE icon is not supposed to show in Status Bar in PixelExperience since Pixel doesn't have it.

There are no issues like that here. If you have any issues uninstall all magisk modules, clean flash and if you still have issues give me logs.

Do we need to Flash the Realme Official firmware before flashing the Pixel Extended Rom? I am on Pixel Plus Rom. I have TWRP installed, bootloader Unlocked.. Provide Me Step By Step Guide.

I was using latest realme ui, then I wiped caches,data,vendor and system before flashing the ROM via twrp.(I also did format data as I was booting into fastboot).
You won't be able to see the files in android folder w/o magisk, however you can see what folders does the android have via USB file transfer.
Btw which magisk should I flash for this??

I would like to say that the ROM is fantastic. I have installed and flashed the latest Pixel Extended ROM, but while I was checking the ROM, u found out that in the gestures tab , brightness slider is missing , the one with which we can just slide on the status bar with our finger to adjust the brightness (without dropping down the notification panel).. if this feature is present on the ROM, please guide where is it or else add this feature as it's very convenient. Rest the ROM is pretty good , I am really grateful to the developers who came forward with this amazing work.

Please add the feature of managing the brightness by sliding the finger on status bar. Which was present in the previous version of Android 10 - Pixel Experience Plus. The brightness adjustment just by sliding finger on status bar gives more convenience. Please add this. Thank you!

Nope, AUX cams works only on A10
No AUX cam support in A11 and A12!!

This build isn't working! It simply throws me back to fastboot. It first gave me an error, ater fixing it's still not working!

What custom recovery you are using ???
Go for TWRP and secondly after flashing the rom do a format and then see if it works or not.
What about Magisk is it working on this rom ???
Done / Rooted / Magisk / MUI Goodies....
Confirm Bugs...
1 - Cell goes in Deep sleep randomly, need to awake the phone via pressing all 3 buttons for long time to restart.
2 - Inserting Handsfree results Display black out. SOLVED
(Turn on Headset option in Snowhouse)
3 - Color Settings not working (Natural / Adaptive / Boosted) no effects.
Edit: Added one more Bug in the list.

I am using OrangeFox recovery. I tried format after flashing th ROM, it didn't work. The previous Alpha Pixel ROM worked perfectly. This one seems wrong.

This ROM shows me a very good job.
However, one thing I noticed is that there seems to be a problem in determining the automatic rotation of the screen.

Yes, you should be able to use the latest official TWRP. I do recommend you wipe/format data.
@christian.farmerf I installed it, first of all, great work, it's looking great. There are a couple of annoying bugs though: The mic doesn't work when on loudspeaker (This has been fixed on unofficial LOS, but I had other issues on that ROM), and call volume is too low (almost not audible if there's a little bit of noise where I'm making the call from) when not on loudspeaker. So for now, the best way I can make calls is using my air pods. I hope you can fix these bugs in future builds. Thanks again for the great work on this gorgeous old phone

Thanks for the info, but the sim slot on my phone actually doesn't work so I, unfortunately, cannot test for myself. In the future, I will purchase a fully functional device for further development.

You can test WhatsApp calls though, same issues there as normal calls

My Sprint ph1 is on android 10 official OTA & already unlocked the botloader

Any ROM you encounter, including stock, will have ≈ 20GB in the system due to the device being A/B partitioned. The only way around this is to completely wipe one slot and install android onto the other (NOT RECOMMENDED!). I do, however, recommend you upgrade to an android 12L ROM, whether it is one of mine or not, just so you can have more up-to-date security updates.

You could possibly do this, but do not. A/B slots allow for your device to remain functional should an update or tweak break one slot. If there was an EDL unbrick tool for the phone I would have no problem with you attempting this, but at the moment it is too risky.

I'm having a issue with Chrome/Bromite (latest stablel versions) rebooting the phone on a particular website.
When I open the webpage www.worldometers.info/coronavirus, wait for today's statistics tables to load, then try to tap on yesterday's statistics, it freezes the phone for few seconds, the phone screen goes dark for few seconds then the phone reboots.
Is anybody experiencing the same phenomenon?
I've noticed the auto brightness behaves odd. Darkness or at night it never gets to fully dim. I'm daylight it never goes to full brightness either.
It doesn't seem to really adjust
