I'm thinking of switching from AwakenOS to another ROM, but with regular updates like AwakenOS has for example.

Hi.. I have installed Pixel experience plus rom from their website. But Auto brightness is not working properly.. there is bug in auto brightness. moreover when i boot into recovery then all data got encrypted and i got nothing to show. i have installed Ofox and TWRP recovery both but problem not resolved.. i have attached screenshots for reference. can anyone help me in solution of both problems?

I don't use Pixel Experience so I don't have personal experience.
But maybe the latest BETA of OrangeFox https://orangefox.download/release/62c191656a44bc738419e01d might help, because it supports Android 12 decryption.
And MOST IMPORTANTLY don't forget to read CHANGE LOGS and BUILD NOTES before updating OrangeFox.

Same, plus animations don't feel smooth for me.
I think brightness is a little bit low too.To be more specific i need to adjust a lot the brightness to make the screen bright enough.

Yes you can try , though we will switch to the AOSP recovery in next build.

Also finger print stopped working in 12 plus and doesn't work till restarting phone

When I used that rom it had some bugs (like battery draining), so I decided to make other that will work good.

There is no anti-rollback in mi6. But you'll need to format data to switch between miui/pie

Problem: When i going to Recovery is ask to insert a password/pin code but I don't have it.
Solution: With Android ten the encryption system changed, you need to have the latest Orange Fox Recovery (atm 10.0.2), make backup of data partition, format data partition, then restore it.

Problem: Wifi speed is pretty lower
Solution: That problem is a kernel issue, atm only Oniichan 4.1 and Yuki kernel have a full speed wifi but I can't build it from sources (required by PE).

You need the latest version of Orange Fox Recovery for any Android ten rom and you need to install with clean flash, so format data, wipe dalvik and cache, thats it
Changelog:
- Remove default ringtones
- Update camera chromatix
- Update Vendor SP with Platform SP
- SafetyNet fixed (overwrite fingerprint)

Hello, I have a problem with the rom, my messages are sent with a certain delay and duplicate, sometimes it just does not send at all, I already tried to play with the settings and put LTE or other but it's dont resolve the problem.
I would also like to know if it is possible to have the option "Live Display" using a patch to another because my RN7 has the Tianma screen and suffers Screen Ghost.

All the things I use works. GCam is working (slomo included) and proximity sensor is working without any hack.
The UI transition is smooth and boy, Android 10 is so good!
As there's no bug, I think it's time to ditch MIUI

When playing music, there is no option on the lock screen to play pause or skip. Is it possible to add that feature in the future updates?

Didn't know there astrophotography in 7.1! I'm using 7.0.xx version. Let me test and will let you know.
Update: seems like it should work on any version above 7 with the right settings. I changed the lines in developer settings and sticker the phone to the wall to capture in night mode but seems like it won't trigger astrophotography mode.
Did it work in other ROMs you tested?

You need custom recovery like orangebox and then flash latest magisk (v20 at the moment).

If you are on my previous PE 12 / 12 Plus builds, clean flash is recommended when upgrading to PE 13.
Dirty flash from PE 12 to PE 13 could also be fine, but please consider a clean flash if you run into any issues.
You can directly OTA or dirty flash from previous PE 13 builds.
Here is a concise version of clean flash guide for the experienced users.
- Download the vendor_boot.img (https://gitlab.pixelexperience.org/...nus/-/raw/thirteen/android-13/vendor_boot.img)
- Download PE recovery from the official PE website
- Boot your phone into bootloader mode. You can either
* hold power + volume down button
* or `adb reboot bootloader`
- Connect your phone to a computer
- Run `fastboot flash vendor_boot vendor_boot.img` in your cmd/powershell/terminal
- Run `fastboot flash boot pe_recovery_file_name.img` in your cmd/powershell/terminal
- Hold power + volume up to boot into recovery, or `fastboot reboot recovery`
- In PE recovery, select `Factory reset" --> "Format data/factory reset`
- Go back to main menu and select "Apply update" --> "Apply from ADB"
- Run `adb sideload pe_rom_file_name.zip` in your cmd/powershell/terminal and wait until it finishes

We noticed there's already one thread (from 2022-04-17: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...el-experience-for-xiaomi-mi-11-venus.4433309/) titled shared but also official.
Can you please fix your prefix and double check your kernel source links, we need to be sure there is no duplicated threads.

Seems to work fine - I did't find any big bugs.
I like this pixel experience rom because better autonomy than MIUI but I like Xiaomi eu for their application and interface system

error from mine, i though i could just make an update, so now i brought back everything in place and it's EOL Unofficial now
I think I found a weird bug in latest pe+ , fingerprint unlock doesn't work for some reason in direct sunlight , it works well in shade or indoors but whenever I step outside in direct sunlight it stops working , my guess it's something have to do with outdoor (bright sun) display mode , whenever it gets automatically activated , fingerprint unlock stops working

Hi! Thanks for the report. FOD is indeed broken when the the "Outdoor" display mode is activated. As a temporary fix, go to Settings/Display/LiveDisplay/Display mode, and change from "Automatic" to "Off".

Unfortunately because my work mostly outdoors , outdoor mode is extremely helpful to me , so I guess I will have to go with face unlock beside FOD whenever I'm outside until it's fixed, aside from that thanks guys for your hard work, it's really appreciated, I was just about to sell my mi 11 because of miui and lose considerably a good amount of money , but your amazing work convinced me otherwise, thanks

AOD means Always On Display. Why would it turn off?
Check if you have the AOD auto brightness enabled in Settings/Display/Lock screen/Ambient display/Always on brightness

Just flashed via lineage recovery. Was previously running lineage os.
Amazing, amazing build. The wait was worth it. Was thinking of selling off my device. You infused new life to it. Hope to see the device supported and an official build soon.
I did sideload from pixel recovery (pie+ by optimus) everything was working fine for me..
Beautiful ROM, everything's working perfect and fast including safetynet. I wanted to go back to stock after trying many and being heavily disappointed. There is only one thing missing. How to get oos camera working? Alternative are bull**** and missing features, like slo-mo. Please implement this or please give me some instructions of workaround. There must be the way, other roms, got it, no?

hello all, First of all thanks for your effort and supporting OP6... I have installed this rom recently and facing poor call quality and low speakerphone volume... I used an amplifier app but sound gets distorted... any help on this matter highly appreciated..
Which recovery should i use to flash this also can someone help me with the recovery link.
I did sideload from the pixel recovery.. I read somewhere that linage recovery works too for sideload.. you can do that from twrp as well..
Can't use TWRP on this one to load it up?
I flash via adb sideload with lineage recovery. work fine.
Downloading is painfully slow not going beyond 150kbps

Google camera Go is working, and the link is posted on our telegram channel/group.
The fingerprint reader will not work if I switch to a secondary user and back. The only fix is reboot.

This is not a bug. There is nothing which I can do from my side because this is source related.
Moreover you should try to understand that this is just the first Android 13 build so obviously some things would be missing.
