In call volume really too loud

Hi,
On my Xperia, the in call volume is really too loud, even so the in call volume slider is at the lowest !
How to decrease the in call volume ?
I have read on the Internet about the 'AudioPara3.csv' file and the 'HKCU\ControlPanel\SoundCategories\inCall' but there was no info on how to decrease the in call volume.

The volume of the ringtone is reduced spontaneously.

Some time ago I updated my Xperia Z1 to firmware .157.
Since then it happens that the incoming call ringer volume is very low. So I increased the volume on the audio settings. But the next call volume is still low. By controlling the audio settings of course I find the volume slider much lower as I had previously set.
What could be the solution?

Low Earpiece Volume

Hey.
I noticed Mi9T Pro got a low Earpiece volume during a call, only when I press vol+ its show volume boost.
does anyone have any solution to increase the volume?
I use xiaomi.eu 10.4.4

Question How to adjust ear speaker volume?

When I hold the phone up to my ear and listen to voice messages in Whatsapp, it correctly play audio through the ear speaker. But the volume is just too loud and I've found no way to adjust it down. It's ok with normal phone call though, where I can adjust it using the volume buttons while in call.
Any advice?

Question volume during calls on speaker?

Is there way too increase volume in speaker mode during voice calls. There is nothing wrong with the speaker as during a normal audio playback the volume and quality is excellent.
