General Mods: Kindly update the 'manufacturer's information' for the Redmi Note 10 Pro

This may not be important but when I searched for my device under 'Xiaomi' in the device inventory it wasn't listed.
It would be nice if you could update this little oversight, apologies for my mini OCD!
And thank you for this forum, it rocks!

(Realme) Need help from good people

Got my phone hacked malwire (Realme X2pro12/256 global version) that destroyed system image and i can't get in recovery mode because it's in bootloop (soft bricked), bootloader is locked and i don't know what to do anymore. Sent email to every official realme service because official service in my city don't know to unlock bootloader or want to do it it's easier for them to suggest to change whole motherboard even if it's working and other city official realme services don't answer to mail, and other phone service in my city can't crack rui 2.0 bootloader. Can someone help me what's my next step what to do? Thanks in advance!

Done. Seems to be an active forum. If you don't receive sufficient support there, just advise the moderators team (best via the report function) to move it to e.g. General Q&A.

Question Redmi 9T turning off wi-fi by its own

Hello,
I just rooted my phone and the wi-fi isn't turning on. I click on the button to turn it on but it turns off as soon as I leave the control center. I have tried putting the not-rooted image back into the phone but it isn't working. Should I get my phone to a repair center, should I reset it ? IDK what to do...
Sorry for my bad english, I'm french.
I don't know a lot of things about modding an android phone, so please be kind if the issue has a dumb solution.
Have a great day !

I want to share a permanent hardware fix for the wifi antenna I found on 4pda. I did this on a 9T of a family member and it worked. So if you have poor wifi reception with your Redmi 9T you might want to consider this fix. Original post on 4pda...

Fixed it by reflashing the entire phone (went to https://new.c.mi.com/global/miuidownload/index and ran a "flash all" script)

SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK

Hi team,
I've an issue with my device Samsung N950FD (Galaxy note 8). After inserting a SIM card, i got a message of Network Lock "SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK". The mobile works fine with Swedish and french SIM card but actually i'm in Algeria and it's not working. I've installed the correct Firmware CSC TMC algeria (N950FXXUGDVG5_N950FOXMGDUGA_TMC).
Any help please ?
Lina
the best way is to contact your carrier operator or customer care.
btw default PUKs are 1234, 0000, 12345, 00000, etc. but it'll only give you 3 chances to unlock (as happened with me) and then lock it completely.
It's not a SIM lock or SIM PUK. It'a a Network Lock (SIMLOCKED). Unfortunately, i'm actually in Algeria for work (1 month). also, I cannot contact Swedish operator since im using the phone in france
Lina
what's the phone brand and model...?

What is wrong with showing someone how to get the results they are looking for whether paid or free? This is XDAs problem. You guys don't want any competition or anyone really helping anyone without being involved with the help process. You are your own worst enemy XDA, and this is why people are leaving this site and never looking back.
