Update stuck at 25%

Hello everyone,
I have already seen another thread about this but no answer has helped me. So I explain my journey a bit ...I have the Red Magic 3 Global and wanted to flash the CN ROM. It worked but when I wanted install the Play Store it did not open .. I want to reset the Global ROM and I wanted to install an update it blocks at 25% ...
What can I do please?

Try and use the red magic 3 unbrick tool it has the global rom inbuilt so it flashes it directly via your computer

Bro just flash the current version of the rom via stock recovery once then try to update the rom to the latest this worked for me hope it will work for you.

If the rom is unified then yes, currently Redmi 9T/9 Power/Note 9 4G and Poco M3 together have been given the name codename Juice, so any ROM with support for Juice codename will support all of these devices but make sure to flash MiUI EU Weekly build first as it has the Android 11 vendor.

as far as i know the kernel is different would flashing the firmware change the kernel as well or should i switch that at the same time?
