Hi everyone ,
I will share my goodix patch for you !
This patch will unpack your boot.img and edit file_contexts init.qcom.rc to support goodix .
Of course , it will install goodix libs to your system partition .
So this patch is universal .
How to use?
1.Flash any CM/LOS/AOSP Marshmallow Rom
2.Flash this patch
3.Flash any custom kernel , Choose "Goodix" fingerprint for installation .
4.Enjoy !

FAQ:
1.Why not support Nougat Rom ?
A- Because the latest version of LOS14.1 has now defaulted to support FPC and goodix . I believe that later update Nougat Roms will be the same as LOS . Despite have this new method of solving goodix fingerprints , but basically all of the 6.0 Roms has stopped updating . So make a patch for Nougat is unnecessary but for Marshmallow Is still necessary . This fix method also applies to Nougat , but need to convert the file_contexts.bin file to file_contexts . This is hard to do on Android devices .
2.Does this patch apply to MIUI ?
A- No , Official support . And do not patch on MIUI Rom . This may to go wrong .
3.Must need SELinux Permissive ?
A- No , Because this patch also edit file_contexts . Even if SELinux uses Enforcing mode, goodix is still working properly .
4.Some other problem ?

After flash this patch , you also need flash any custom kernel .Radon Kernel mandatory requires you to use Permissive Mode . But even if you use Enforcing Mode , goodix will still work properly, because this patch will modify file_contexts .
Are you sure that this patch worked for all MM rom?.. How about Exodus rom?, does it work?

You also need to flash a support goodix kernel after flash this patch . Try again .
If you don't know , you can flash Radon Kernel Cm-Mm . Choose "Goodix" fingerprint for installation .

So is this patch useful ? Because I use the FPC fingerprint , so I can not test their own . I am looking forward to your feedback . Sorry for ask you too late .
Thank you for make Goodix patch. I test on cm 13 with radon. It work fine. but a bit slower than nougat rom.
I found commit(goodix patch inside nitrogen rom) from @billchen1977

Maybe it will improve goodix fp sensor a bit.

I have Goodix. I flashed this patch and after that Radon kernel v5.1. Rom is Resurrection Remix 5.7.4, permissive mode. I can not add fingerprint, it do not work. With Niknitewolf's patch fp works. What do you think about this problem, do you have solution or proposal? Thanks.

Currently there are several custom roms available for Yureka Black ranging from noughat to android pie. But the roms with android versions Oreo and Pie run permissive SeLinux ( even the official roms in yuforums ). Switching to enforcing mode on these roms usually breaks the camera or the fingerprint . So are there any other custom roms available that have SeLinux enforcing by default?

Probably not, enforcing mode gets in the way of a lot of things when it comes to custom ROMs and using root, permissive mode is required for certain modifications incorporated in custom ROMs.
Using stock firmware or manually switching to enforcing in your custom ROMs might be your only options.

But isn't permissive SeLinux less secure than a rooted device with enforcing SeLinux? Is permissive SeLinux still insecure even if the ROM has latest security patches?

Certain mods require permissive mode, plain and simple, otherwise, the mods won't work.
The reason why custom ROMs use permissive has more to do with allowing software features and functionality to work than it does with how secure the device is or isn't.

I am a noob and from India.
Recently I built lineage os 16 rom for my device Redmi 4x.
I started doing it to support latest security updates. I was able to boot the ROM and its working decently and have not encountered any major bugs yet.
I have used the source from lineage git. Same for kernel and device blobs.
Now my banking apps do not work and report that the device is root even when its not. SELinux is set to enforcing.
It used to work previously with last official lineage 16 built for device.
Is this beacuse of the ROM file being signed with public keys?
What can I do to fix this?
