Note 8 Korea samsung pay not working

So i just bought a note 8 from Korea (lgU+) but samsung pay keep saying invalid sim card, i tried uninstalling and install different version but it keep update the kr version through galaxy app

Did you try to download the latest version of SP to not give it the chance to update to the Korean version again ?

The Korean version only works with Korean credit cards and it sounds like (based on what you're telling us) that it only works with Korean carriers as well.
If you had a 950F, you could Odin flash I believe Australian 950F firmware and use American credit cards that way but I don't know where you live, and unless you live in Korea and have Korean credit cards Samsung Pay will not work on an N950N unfortunately.

Hi guys I bought a new note 8 from eBay last week but when I checked the phone details its list as United Arab Emirates and I'm in the UK, is it ok to use?

That's weird, never seen that before. My N950F lists hawrdware information there instead of country. What is the original CSC code?

I have the same UAE model, and my 'About' screen looks just like yours. I am in Canada and wanted an Exynos model, so I bought this one from an Amazon seller. Popped in my local sim and haven't had any problem since. I don't see why it wouldn't work for you, but someone else can always chime in too. Not familiar with UK networks

I was going to ask if that's what it looked like when a phone is region locked but sefrcoko confirmed his is working fine so scratch that idea.

Randomly found a 5G option on my non 5G OP7P

So I just restored my phone and was messing with the settings and came across this 5G option. I'm not sure if that option is just there because the 5G model has the exact same OOS or if the non 5G variant has some hidden band we don't know about yet. Thoughts?

Can confirm this shows up, am unrooted on OnePlus 7 Pro non-5G 256GB+12GB RAM GM1917 9.5.7.GM21AA firmware. Doesn't actually do anything though, just takes me to my SIM settings where it doesn't show up anywhere. Probably just a glitch from firmware development alongside the 5G variant

Found it on my T-Mobile branded non-rooted 9.5.7 Nebula Blue 8 gb/256 GB.

That's a bug in the Settings app. For instance, on op7 non-pro version you can access screen refresh options (90Hz/60Hz) this way , even if it doesn't support it.

I've bought new Note 9 USA version unlocked , I'm living in Europe .
The seller said there's no OTA updates for this device .
I had this phone like a year now , but I'd like to update it via Odin , it's running android 9 at the moment.. i want install android 10 the latest ..
But I'm lost ... i don't know from where should I start !! What CSC version or country firmware is suitable for me ... I'm afraid to break it or locked it again after update !!

It's WEIRD Version ... mix between N960F and 960U with TMB , XAA , OYN ...
Please help me to choose the right firmware .
It is possible that phone to get locked again if i will update it ?

It could be a 960F that was used in US. It used to be possible to get the CSC from 960U's for better carrier support.
Not sure if it's the other way around. If you go in download mode, and confirm KNOX status, that way you can isolate what device it is actually.

Question I can't see VoLTE switches to turn on and off

I don't understand why Realme blocks the VoLTE and VoWiFi settings, I live in Mexico and I don't have these options to turn off or on.
Is it the same for the European region?

no, you will have to root, there is a thread for the realme gt neo 2 that does it that way and in that same thread they have another method without root which was the one I used, but without success, the other is to use ATT, Movistar or Telcel.
