I installed LOS on my 4A 5G without backing up the Gcam APK. I copied GoogleCamera 8.3.252.391156422.17 from one of the Google factory images and that works but it seems outdated. I tried some newer version but they force close. I also have MWP's 8.4.3 mod but that's not stock.
tldr: Anyone have a newer version of the stock gcam that doesn't crash?

All the newer Google camera apps are arm64, the E4 plus is arm32. This is why they force close.
OpenGApps currently has version 4.2.035.141213305 of Google Camera for 32-bit ARM. That's not the latest, but it's a start.

it needs camera 2api, which is not enabled, so we can't have gcam on this device...sad

in order to get Gcam you need to either use the limited Gcam GO (wich is worse than the stock samsung) or unlock the bootloader and edit the build.prop file to enable cameraAPI2
I recently installed the evolution custom rom and the and camera seems to be having some issues.
I know that just installing the default camera apk file doesn't work but i was thinking if it would work with the MIUI Core magisk module installed.
So, if anyone can just provide the default camera apk then it would be a lot of help. Thanks
