No. It's global rom. The new update i got was few days ago. Couldn't see much difference they just said bugs and stuff. And then got an update just for 5G support

Ig the difference then is between CN vs Global rom for these features. Hopefully moto adds all this in future updates in the global version as well

Hello everyone,
so, there is a few hidden features in our P9 lite... It's safe and not difficult. Few extra features.
First of all, build.prop file is located at System\ directory.
If someone is having a problem to find it, it's possible to use third-party app, as an example "Root Essentials" to edit mentioned file.
Also, I highly recommend before editing to make a backup.
All these modifications were made on stock ROM for Europe model known as VNS-L21; Build number: VNS-L21C432B160.
Code:
1. To improve jpeg images quality, set "[B]ro.hwcamera.jpeg.quality=95[/B]" to "[B]100[/B]"
2. To enable double touch to turn on the screen, change "[B]ro.config.hw_easywakeup=false[/B]" to "[B]true[/B]"
3. To enable headset SWS effect and DTS mode, change "[B]ro.config.hw_dts=false[/B]" to "[B]true[/B]"
For now that's it... Probably most interesting changes.
I've not encountered any bootloops after this.

Just report another problem. On Pixel3 Rom minimum brightness is much bigger than on MIUI. Any fix? I am using vendor of stable 10.2.2.

- double tap on the rear side: you can choose from many available actions to be performed
- triple tap on the rear side: also in this case you can choose from many available actions to be performed
Search in the settings for something like "rear" or "back" (sorry, my translation to english, I'm not using an english ROM).
I'm still currently running MIUI 12.5.11 stable EEA, not updated yet to official MIUI 13, I'm waiting for a good number of users to report about this new version before updating...

Does Wallet work for NFC payments on this device? I get a "can't add this card" when I try to activate a card for contactless payments. Never had this problem before.

The problem is you have installed MIUI 14 which is a stable beta, you should have installed the latest stable.
No, I am still on the latest Miui13. But it made no difference to the Wallet problem. I really don't want to reset as there's no guarantee it will work and the recovery takes a long time!
OK nvm - I tried a different card, it's working now. Thanks for your help, at least I'm updated now!

From there click the middle public beta
And join the beta.
