i used to flash the rom by sideload with no problem but returned to stock rom for a while but i tried to flash custom rom again it get stuck and i was getting 100% with no problem

Thanks for the good work. Is it possible to offer a build without Gapps ? Also, is it safe to install the rom when coming from lineage os 18.1 ?

Does the rom recognize Verizon sims? Also, doe it include custom volume steps?

What's recovery can backup an android 12 rom?

What firmware requires to install the rom? There is no mention in the guide.

Does it come with OOS camera?

No OOS camera. Does work with verizon. Basic Pixel Rom with just enough features I feel.

A more complete guide for newbies, as per developer instrutions (I did not installed this ROM, so proceed by you own...):
You need to be on latest OOS11. Always check Device Manager on your PC if drivers from your phone are correctly installed (Qualcom and OP), and ADB tools installed/present on your PC.
CLEAN FLASH :
- Download the latest build
- Download Pixel custom recovery
- Flash custom recovery 'fastboot flash recovery recovery.img'
- Reboot to recovery
- Flash the latest build 'adb sideload rom.zip'
- Flash Fcrypt [If you want to decrypt else u can skip]
- Format data
- Reboot

this is te second release of the rom. now oos cam worked and all features are added.....all will be fully functional on agust release

I used "lineage-18.1-20220724-recovery-instantnoodlep" Recovery but just booted to recovery , did not install. enabled ADB and Im now using the Rom

No idea why but it has just started working thanks for this ROM

Hello. I have not flashed in a while. I was on 12.1 c.33 a recent update I did from the oxygen updater app. I wanted to try a pixel rom to get the Google camera with the magic eraser tool. I soft bricked, my phone was stuck in fastboot cycling through as if i was pressing the arrows constently... and just ran the MSM tool, so I am now on OOS11.in11AA I am completely back to stock. I don't even know if the bootloader is unlocked at this point. I have the stock recovery obviously.
What are the steps to go from OOS11, what recovery should I use, the correct fastboot command, (do I install recovery or boot to recovery?) The instructions here are not straight forward for someone who has not done any flashing in a while. Just looking for some guidance. I kind of wish every rom started as if it was a fresh Install from msm

Does Ambient Display, Double tap to wake and reverse charging work? Also does this ROM allow to remove the navigation pill on the bottom of the screen when using gesture navigation?

Super nice work guys! I have been using it for a couple of days as my daily driver and I had no bugs/freezes at all.
I only have 2 things that didn't work for me:
1. The camera closes automatically when I take a picture. It even saves the picture. I just installed gcam and it works well.
2. The alert slider doesn't work. I checked on setting and it's set up fine, but it just does nothig when I move the slider. I changed the setting so that it changes the brightness of the screen and still the same: I change the slider and the screen remains the same (blinking == bottom position)
I would appreciate a lot if you can fix specially the 2nd one. I can provide logs or anything you ask

Hi, i have an issue while installing with twrp, the error is:
"assert failed: update_dynamic_partitions(package_extract_file("dynamic_partition_op_list")"
okay here is the fix for me:
i did try TWRP 3.6.2 for redmi 9t and installed the project elixir without Gapps and worked well (note that if this 3.6.2 twrp have file transfer issues try older versions like 3.5.2 and wipe all and then move files into the phone then flash 3.6.2 and then install)

Just tried it, the phone doesn't boot, only shows the "Mi" logo and turns off. This also happened with pretty much any other rom I tried (except Xiaomi eu), does anyone know how to fix this?

I tried with TWRP and SHRP, none worked. Other recoveries refuse to even boot.

for android 12 and 13 you'll need the newest TWRP (3.6 and up) and the old ones won't work at all (refused to install or infinit boot time), unfortunately there is no official twrp for redmi 9t, but try "twrp-3.6.2_12-lime" i found it somewhere other than xda but can't remember the link. plus don't install gapps (Android 12/13), i've tried several gapps but they cause boot splash freezing

I have "twrp-3.6.0_10-1-lime-brigudav.img", I know older versions won't work. I found something (TWRP 3.6.2) just now, I'll see if it works.
EDIT: Didn't work, the phone shut down after trying to boot to recovery.

how do you trying to enter the recovery ?
two methods are, by reboot and vol+ + power or "fastboot boot twrp*.img" if these two failed then try this one which worked for me, just after flashing twrp type fastboot continue then hold vol+ key.
first try with 3.6.0_10-1-lime or 3.5.2-lime and if they are ok then flash the new one (cuz i think you downloaded wrong 3.6.2)

The link was to android file host, I think it was deleted, for android 12 I use this one twrp-3.6.2_12-lime

Hello. I can't seem to have different Home Screen and Lock Screen wallpapers. If I set a photo as my Lock Screen, it doesn't apply. But when I set a photo as my Home Screen, it is applied and changes my Lock Screen as well

It also happened to me. The default camera app stopped working. Even cameras in other apps like Zoom were also not working. I tried installing GCam and the camera worked when taking a picture for rear and front, but not when recording a video. Cameras in other apps still don't work.

CLEAN FLASH ​First time installation (clean flash):
No need to flash the firmware separately, it is built-in
No need to flash the gapps separately, it is built-in
Enter fastboot
Flash boot.img
Code:
fastboot flash boot_ab boot.img
Boot to recovery (can do from bootloader or with buttons from power off state)
Now in recovery go to factory reset and confirm the reset
Reboot to recovery
Choose apply update and Apply from ADB
Now install Elixir zip via sideload

Go back to main menu and reboot

@for developers - Could you make a fastboot installation script of the whole ROM and all components? So that the first installation takes place automatically just by running a script in fastboot.
MIUI EU rom had such a script. The first installation was complete just by running the fastboot script. Then the second script to install TWRP. Easy for everyone. After that, the rom update is already in progress in TWRP.

both, but miui cam only work with mars

Are there any gcam which offer same quality for ultra?

@Flower Sea would you be per chance willing to try to integrate miui cam for start as a test? I'd test it out if need be...

I am a Elixir user on Redmi Note 9 Pro miatoll.
This is sweet. As I understand, there is no build for Xiaomi 11 Pro mars on Lineage OS. Which brings me to 2 questions:
1. How are you enabling this device when Lineage OS doesn't have it listed
2. I'm currently on Mi 12 Pro zeus and wondering if Elixir will be available for my device.
