Root and unroot for Data Recovery - Samsung Galaxy S20 FE Questions & Answers

Hi, everyone. After I delete Samsung Gallery in PC (OneDrive), all photo and video on Phone was gone too.
Most files not even been stock in PC, so I can't recover them from PC's harddrive. (I remove them from
onedrive's recycle bin too.)
So the possible way I think is to recovery them from phone's internal storage, but Its requiest to root device first.
I don't know how possible to recover them after I root my device. Is rooting device will wipe all data?
after root device and make a recovery if I need to unroot, what the effect I should beware and know?
I don't care about Warranty but this phone is using some bank application that not allow rooted device to use.
Thanks you.

At the last Monday, my device (Samsung GT-I9000) Hangup. So, I backup the device system from recovery mode using SpeedMod Kernel. Unfortunately, with all the attempts I could not repair the error, then, I take the device to the agent to find a solution to get a backup of the pictures and videos, but the support department told me that i need to install a new system [froyo (original system)].
My question is: Can I restore photos and video from the backup which done by the recovery-mode (If possible, move it into the computer and do I remove the pressure from her!!!)?
maybe the recovery backup could not fix your 'hangup' problem.. but it should be able to really 'backup' your files .... ? Did any error occur when u perform the back up ?

Hy,
You can use some applications like "Titanium Backup" or "app backup & restore".
I don't think that you need rooted phone.
you find on the market
Bye
For backup the data apps you must have root rights.
"Titanium backup" don't work without root rights.
"App backup and restore" and "My backup pro" works without root access, but they save only apks not their data (without root rights).
So if you want to save the data and settings apps, you must root your phone (the easiest way is install a kernel mod)

Need help with an odd issue (half-rooted?)

I wanted to try and root my phone (SCH-i500, Samsung Galaxy S... or so the case says, googling that model number calls the phone Mesmerize or something) because my internal space is close to full. I just want to be able to move apps to the SD card properly, I don't care about the other abilities rooting gives. But I don't have the usb cord that connects my phone to a pc anymore, as it broke some time ago. I looked for methods to root without a pc, and found Framaroot. It claimed to root my phone, and I rebooted as prompted, but it doesn't work. Root Checker tells me that I have SU in the system folder, but no root access. The apps I have won't work when rooted, and even though I'm not actually rooted, they see SU and won't open. Since I don't have root access, I can't remove those files.
How can I undo this? Alternatively, if there is a way to fully root my phone, that'd be nice to know. I know there's apps that can hide root/su from other apps, so...
It is a verizon device. Crap and anger pre-programmed.

Deleted photo gallery, safest Root to recover?

My mom selected all, delete on gallery on her Note 4. Lost about 500+photos taken over many years with no backup. I downloaded disk digger and then went into airplane mode. Without root it can't recover photos but found thousands of thumbnails. Then Iturned it. off.
SM-N910T Adroid 6.0.1 patched March 1. Doesn't use samsung pay. 17.47Gb Free. I haven't rooted anything in several years
.
Is there a way to image or backup the deleted memory before rooting?
Should I use trial of dr.fone?
Which of the 6.0.1 root methods here will overwrite the least amount of deleted memory???
Edit. Samsung gallery can backup to cloud and cloud has 14 day trash folder but it wasn't enabled on my moms unlike my note 5. Enabling wouldn't recover those photos would it? I doubt it.
Downloaded kingroot. Didn't work so put in request and Uninstalled.
Tried auto root. Download based on older build but instructions said often works with newer and no warning that It could make phone unbootable if it didnt!
Now have
RECORVERY IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING. It stuck note 4 logo.
How do I get back to where it was and not wipe the whole phone.
I hope I'm not super screwed.

Rooting without oem unlocking and without resetting the phone

Hello,
Is there a way to root galaxy note 9 north american model with latest updates installed without resetting the phone and without oem unlocking?
I am trying to recover accidently deleted photos from camera folder which I didnt sync anywhere, they are not in trash folder. I tried many data recovery apps but I couldnt recover deleted photos from camera folder.
Now I am trying to root the phone so I can give root access data recovery apps for deeper recovery.
Any help would be really appreciated. I hope I can recover those photoes.
the way of digital storage works, yes it's true, files are never really deleted, it's only marked for deleted.
but when it's marked as deleted, that space could easily be replaced with other files.
i think, if you use your phone more than hours after that specific photo gets deleted, your activities using smartphone (chats, browsing, video call) is downloading / creating caches and files into your phone, and it could replacing your deleted file in that specific space.
even rooting your phone is considered as some activities that could replacing that deleted file with other things.
