Is it possible access google photos app from inside of note 5 camera app? Few more.

1. Is it possible access google photos app from inside of note 5 camera app (instead of using the samsung gallery app)?
Note 5 marshmallow.
2. Is it possible to delete all of samsung apps but the camera app? I prefer google apps as it is universal between of devices and i'm used to them.
3. Every time i take a picture or video it is automatically saved in my google photos cloud and also in my note 5? I would like to know how google photos backup process works.
4. When would it be a good time to root the note 5? still too early as it gets updates from samsung? I'm pretty satisfied with marshmallow+nova launcher+a theme from samsung theme store but what would be the benefits of root in daily usage in terms of battery, ram management, performance, etc.? Increase in battery life would be nice.

1) Yes within the app. Today google photos offered to place an icon shortcut within the note5 camera app. I can now tap photos or the default icon after taking a picture

Question how can i get miui apps on custom rom

hello everyone,
I bought the mi 10i now I want to move to a custom ROM but the problem is to use the camera and its features the miui camera is needed is there any way guide or mod for this phone mi 10i that can help us use the camera app on custom roms
also the gallery app as there are some special effects and such which can only be used on the gallery app
rest of the apps like a recorder, files, task, and calculator are not that special in my opinion and the compass app has many alternatives on the play store only the camera and gallery app don't have any alternatives on custom roms

Question New social media camera optimisation

Just got the latest s21 ultra update that says apps downloaded from the app store will be optimized better to work with the camera from what I can gather. It didn't list them, but I assume it means Snapchat and hopefully instagram. Does anyone know if this is actually working or what they did to improve it?

Yesterday I have found out (on my Redmi Note 11 with Superior-OS) that the pixelation / blur in photos might be resolved by using better Gallery app:

Question Changing Default Gallery app...

I'm testing alternatives for the MIUI 13 Gallery app, and I have found a few candidates.
BUT even if I set the new gallery app as default in the MIUI 13 settings, when I press the image of a recent shot inside the MIUI Camera app I'm still getting the miui gallery .
How can I change that?
If the gallery is hard-linked with the Camera, it is useless to have another Gallery app because then you will have to deal with both.
P. S. If had root access a might have tried to uninstall the default Gallery app, and hope for the camera app to ask me for another Gallery, but without root I cannot install it or I can freeze it.

Did you try: settings/app management/apps installed/the 3 dots at the top right/management of default apps

Yea you cant really change that as far as i know (even with root). You could however use gcam as your default camera and select the thirdparty gallery app as default to open via gcam. But I know thats not much of a solution.
