HI
I'm a g. mini user and i wanna install cm 7.2. I have tried take a efs file backup with efs pro but I've failed. How can I get a backup? :crying:
efs backup is not required for installing cm7
if you have an operator specific phone then you will need the backup else you don't need
Hi,
i have twrp 3.0.2 on my Doogee X5 Max Pro and what to create a Backup. What partitions do i need to backup? There are much more than on my other phones? already check is boot, system and data. But there is also a big partition called "system-image". Whats with the partition 'cache'?

I realize this is a very late reply to this question. I just picked up a Doogee X5 myself and wanted to take a moment to address this question so as to inform any members who may have similar inquiries. Making a TWRP backup of System-Image creates a full and complete backup of the entire /system partition, whereas backing up System makes a full backup of all data written to the /system partition. For all intents and purposes, whether you choose System or System-Image, the entire Android OS is being backed up, so you are covered on either option. A full and comprehensive backup should also include your /boot and /recovery partitions as well. The /uboot option backs up your bootloader partition. The nvdata option safely backs up your unique device identifiers such as MAC address, IMEI, ESN, etc. This is closely akin to making an EFS backup on a Samsung device. Making a backup of /cache is typically never necessary unless you are wanting to restore your device to its exact state at the time of backup.
Attempting to rebuild my phone that I accidently formatted the efs partition on.
Other than Titanium Backup, any backup app/tool like TWRP to successfully backup all partitions of the POCO M3 Pro / Redmi Note 10 5G ?
