Question Call Recording

For some time now I've been looking for a smartphone that has a call Recording function that records incoming and outgoing calls without downloading any third-party app . Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

OxygenOS has built in call recording and the CE 5G should have it too.

Nono all new OP phones have the Google dialer here in India, not sure about other regions.

That depends also on regions and locks as call recording is not allowed everywhere!

The funniest thing is. There are ZERO regulations in India with regards to that. It's in fact promoted, to prevent personal/professional abuse. And still Xiaomi and OnePlus have moved to the crazily Orwellian Google dialer.

You're right, reviews shows that the CE 5g comes with a Google dialer too=hopefully not in every region)

Hey! I got the phone and yeah, it does come with the google dialer,m personally i like the google dialer over others but oneplus dialer was GREAT. Why would they do that?
Also it does have the call recording here in India. I think there is a little alert that tells other person that the call is being recorded but other than that it works great.

I am using oneplus stock phone dialer app , you can also use recording function install oneplus stock phone app and disable the google dialer .. Using from past 15 days working good ... Here is the link for phone dialer , messaging and contact app - https://drive.google.com/drive/mobile/folders/18Zg-VtbW-VLWsuOUOyuDYmekLo0HN6f2?usp=sharing
I am only using oneplus dialer.
Root not needed install it like simple apk.

All Samsung phones have call recording built-in since last 2-3 years incl S8/9/10/20/21 and their variants and M or A series of last 2-3 years at least incl M31 etc.
Before that I had been using some apps I think on S6 and such but it was frequently a headache with issues like low volume of other person voice etc.
Now it works perfectly

I tried installing these apps but aren't working for me. Contacts crashes as soon as it's opened.

I am just using phone app it is working fine and i am using google contacts and google msgs ... You can also search on youtube for same lots of people are suggesting it.

In the following thread they explain two ways to have the OnePlus phone app. The first is without root (you will also need the jtools application and make the call recording work through a fastboot command) and the second with magisk and a rooted terminal. Both work on Nord CE 5G (I have tried both methods)

Hi I've started using a app from the playstore cube acr. It seems to be working very good. Records all calls apart from Bluetooth headset ones.

Can any one give me dailer for colour os 12.1 as if I install other contact app then it says it conflict with another app

The latest version of the OP dialer is not compatible so I tried many old versions ( i exactly not know which version is this), but I have attached the file taken from some website.
The dialer is not opening in app drawer; BUT IT IS WORKING WHEN U MAKE A CALL AND U CAN TOGGLE DIALER BY TAPPING PHONE ICON IN STATUS BAR during outgoing/incoming call. During dialing u have to call from Google dialer and OP dialer will automatically take on.
Instructions:
- Install app provided in post (Phone_InCallUI.apk)
- True caller may affect the function
Working for incoming and outgoing calls no announcement during call record.
Access call in myfiles /Audio in .awb format.
U need a player for that files by google player will work.
I tried in Indian version OP 10 pro; It may work with other OP device shipped with Google comm suite.

What u have done? This app will work in background. When u call from Google dialer it will toggle one plus dialer with all option including naive record option.u can change(dialer screen- Google or OP) from notification too.

How do you replay recordings

My stock dialer allows my OnePlus call recorder app to record all the calls without any modifications...

Hey guys, any chance someone could share the Stock OP dialer ? Or the one from the chinese version of Oppo ? I tried extracting it from ColorOS (OPPO X5 Pro) 13 beta 2 however was not able to do so. Got stuck because of a Python error. So please, if anyone can share the latest OP stock dialer from 2210 or from OPPO Find X5 that would be much appreciated.

Dialer is coming when in/out call but no call recording.
Anyone has same issue?

Either way both dialers launch at the same time and call recording works perfectly. I also use skvalex to do all my call conversions etc and management.

This is not Google dialer.this is other One plus dialer working simultaneously while call only.it can record too in unrestricted country (AFAIK)
U can toggle driver by pressing on notification icon or in notification bar

This is Google dialer.
U can check in settings Apps and searc phone.

I used native call record with joneplus tools and tasker many many years ago without any issues. Last day i updated my OP8 PRO to android 13, and call record menu disappeared, but joneplus and tasker look works. Now i try find a solution, because i checked at record folder, there's no new call records.

If your device is rooted you can use Google Dialer Mod to enable call recording and mute that annoying sound of "call being recorded", that app can enable Visual Voice Mail, call screening and probably hold for me options enabling flags.
The dev seems to be working on adding more switches to enable more features.

I have issues with 13, so i will flash back 12, i used that without any issues. Native call record works good on 12 without root.

I have the same issue described here. Rooting is not an option for me.
Also Google play indicates there there is an update for jplus but it fails to install.

I flashed back 12, all ok, like i get a new phone, playstore shows to me same, joneplus have an update, but can't update. Until it works, i don't care.

How does one fall back to 12 please?

I also have the same issue on OnePlus 8. jtools is running but not able to unlock the native call record menu.
