how do you guys do this? is this even possible to P30 Pro? I also have xiaomi poco and it can play 2 games simultaneously without pausing the other app. while in P30 Pro, it pauses when my touch switch to other app.

I know u can play youtube and go to whatsapp, for example. Im not sure about games.
Sorry for late reply. You need Dr. Clone for this. Somehow this is the only clone app I know that has a built-in multi-resume feature. That means you need to play games within Dr. Clone in order to play at the same time without pausing.

Did you try to 'un-optimize' the targeted apps in battery management?
Don't know, but first read sound like emui aggressive settings may put quickly app in idle mode'

I have a Huawei P30 pro chinese VOG-AL10 version (Emui 9.1.0). The problem is that I cannot install google play store and use any google app. I tried GMS installer but it stopped at play services, saying that a newer version is already on the phone. I read that google play store should be available from Huawei app gallery but I could not fined it although my region is set to China and I use VPN.

i searched the whole internet for an answer, but i can't find anything related to that. I bought this phone 2 days ago, did google account restore (with apps) and saw, thas Spotify isn't installed. So i went on google play store but was surprised, that i cannot find spotify anymore. I tried to install it with the apk, but it wont let me do it. Is there any reason why spotify isn't working on my p30 pro? I really have no clue what to do (aside from factory reset).

Maybe it's because your country/region. Try to download it from some APK Mirror website
I am based in the UK and officially own the Huawei Mate 40 Pro. I will say now it's a ridiculously good phone. I cannot fault it at all. Ask me anything you like in regards to it (design, Usage, etc) ... Happy to answer all questions

How u transfer full Whatsapp and how is realistic experience without Google (automatic photo upload, contact sync, G drive, Google duo etc)

Right, to transfer full WhatsApp you'll need to copy & paste your WhatsApp folder into the Huawei (internal storage) specifically you'll need the "Databases" folder but I would copy the whole WhatsApp folder over so you have your photos, voice notes, videos etc. It's a tiny bit annoying, however, it's the only way to successfully restore your whole WhatsApp history onto the Huawei ?
The experience without google, for me, is really good. Yeah I won't lie, it would be nice to have google services on the mate 40 pro but it's a compromise I'm willing to live in, just need to put in some work to have the dbejxe to my liking. Photo/video/music uploads you can use the MEGA app, simply download it using huaweis Petal search. Contact sync I simply sent all my contacts by bluetooth from my old device to the new hauwei. Or you can back them up on your p30 pro to your Huawei account and download them to your new Huawei. G drive isn't working at all because it's needs gms. I needed g drive for my WhatsApp backup but I had to use the above method I've mentioned google Duo just won't work for now but I use WhatsApp video calls as the best alternative. Gmail doesn't work. But instead of gmail I use Outlook which is a very good email platform. Youtube doesn't work but youtube vanced is the much better alternative (no adverts and had background play)

I am extremely inclinded to this device but the region where I live (Middle East) the whatsapp calls are blocked and we have to rely on Google Duo (personal) & MS Teams for official calls (MS Teams not yet available on App Gallery).
How about launchers (I use Nova launcher)
Honestly speaking, i dont see any other phone which can challenge Mate40 Pro (nor Note 20, niether iPhone 12)
simillar to other apps , several local apps are also not available (Yes we can install via petal search or even other stores but i am not sure they might be dependednt on Google Services)

Why had the middle east blocked WhatsApp calls ? ? There are many alternatives, Skype, Viber, etc
Haven't tried nova launcher but will definitely get back to you on that

Chrome works flawless, PowerAmp also but the rest will probably don't work because it needs GMS. Games are a thing for itself some work without GMS and some don't
What bank apps not working? And what will i miss if i join huawei from iPhone?
You can record screen at 90fps ?

I have guidance in Maps, only on 10.49.3 version (of the latest versions).
Glad you have got 1! I'm deciding on whether too but no GMS is a pain, looking to get the deal from the Huawei Store but i few questions,
As your in the UK do you have any banking apps working?
If you use Spotify and YouTube Vanced can you cast to devices?
What keyboard do you use? I've been a long time gboard user but obviously this will be an issue.

AN00 is the Mainland China version
I am using NOH-NX9 as well for singapore
to TS, do you find some games are able to use the GPU but some games just fall back to base resolution like 640x480?

I just bought this device. And the best solution I found to have the Google applications is to use Gspace and Youtube Vanced.
Especially to be able to restore purchases via Google Play. And use the applications dependent on Google Play for notifications etc.
If Youtube vanced doesn't work try with this way
