Based on the model number, it looks like an Alpine and not an Wallaby. Go to the Alpine forums and ask there.

I guess this is Brazil or Argentina. Right?
Which country version is most popular so I can easily look for information here?
Is it Europe version like England?
I saw somewhere I can change my region by *#272*IMEI#
I did this and I can see only these 3: TPA PCW ALE
I have no idea what they are, I've googled it but can't find anything.
How can I change mine to the most popular version that doesn't have problems?
By chaning it, what's the possible risk? (like SMS not working, internet not working, or phone function is not working, etc..)

Do This And You Are Home Free, Just Kidding, But Do This Though:
Change your CSC Code to German and upgrade via KIES; this will also factory reset your phone.
so on phone :
*#272*IMEI# then change the CSC to DBT.
Phone will reset.
Change language to English (bottom right icon)
follow prompts to setup
Connect to KIES and the phone will update to ICS.
When your finished, you change the CSC code back to whatever you had before

But there's no DBT =[
I have only TPA, PCW, and ALE.

Here are the csc codes. Mine is DBT (Germany), which was the originating region for mine. If you really want to change your CSC, you will need to flash an "open" stock rom... see Dr Ketan's thread for instructions and downloads.

The open germany rom (lc1) should include the widest variety of carrier codes. Once up and running, you'll likely need to change the csc as another member already explained. Warning - changing your csc will reset your phone and wipe data, so don't waste time configuring after changing roms. Also, before you do all of this write down your current apn information as your apns will get replaced or wiped along the way.
Once you get onto the csc you want, you will get updates for that csc. Mine came ota (cellular), but I rarely connect to my computer so perhaps I could have gotten it sooner via kies... but I don't know how that works with any certainty.

And I am not getting any OTA updates which is bit frustrating. I hope you understand, can you tell me did you get any OTA? or did you installed any Custom ROM? any Steps you followed?

It has nothing to do with it. It's country sales code and used mainly for updates and languages.

[List][FTF] STOCK FIRMWARES for Xperia T,TL,V,TX

WARNINGS
All the languages are included in ANY firmware.
FTF files can be installed with both locked & unlocked bootloaders.
No root needed.
This process will delete all your user data (all apps installed, your google account ...and so on).
If you don't want to lose your data, you can unckeck "DATA" within the wipe box just before installing, but remember:
-a full wipe is always recommended
-a full wipe is MANDATORY when you jump from one android version to another (e.g. from 4.1.2 to 4.3 or vice versa)​
This process will NOT delete anything inside your internal memory and inside your SD card.
This process will NOT unlock your device: if your bootloader is still locked, it will remain locked.
This process will NOT re-lock your device: if your bootloader is already unlocked, it will remain unlocked.

Yes you would, as everytime you flash you erase the system partition entirely.

Download and install Flashtool on your PC
If you have problems with drivers, you should go into the Flashtool\drivers folder to install them

Download the firmware you need (from the list below) and move it into the C:/Flashtool/firmwares directory
Open Flashtool

Can I get a System.img of any of the unbranded ones please? I unlocked my bootloader the other day... rooted and installed CWM yesterday.. then when I tried to install omnirom last night it failed.. now my phone won't boot past the Sony logo.. !!
EDIT : No need - fixed using the 4.3 Central europe FTF..

Installed the generic one and it's working fine. But it changed the customization number. If i need to send it to warranty they could give me some kind of trouble because of that? Sorry if this question is really stupid but i'm a real newbie to the android world.

The language is not a problem, because in any firmware there are all the languages.
The country isn't so important... just some differences about the kind of apps that are preinstalled.
Instead the main difference is with the brand: there's always all the stuff about that brand and sometimes (and just sometimes) you might have some issues with configuration of apn and wifi.
The best thing is to choose an unbranded rom and if you can't, try a branded one

Docomo is from Japan, maybe you should have a look at Japanese forums (if you can read)

[AT&T Galaxy Tab E] Is there any way to root my device?

I have an AT&T Galaxy Tab E (SM-T377A) and I need to root it, but I haven't been able to find any guides or .tar files to flash. I have found guides for the sprint version (SM-T377P), but I'm afraid that will screw something up if I try it.
Is it even possible?
