unofficialtwrp.com says to you flash the file misc.bin too.
But it can brick your device and cause bootloop.

SP FLASH TOOL V6 is not compatible.
You need to use SP FLASH TOOL V5.

Thanks but after your tip i didn't flash misc and then also my recovery is installed perfectly
i was trying to downgrade my redmi note 9 with a global version of miui 11 but it got stuck in boot loop i cant put it on recovery mode it is not rooted or twrp how to restore it
