Can recommend you the PBRP recovery (PitchBlack Recovery Project).
It fully supports Redmi 9T up to MIUI 12.5.13 A11, (not supports A12 because encryption is still not cracked)
Download: https://sourceforge.net/projects/pb...ice-3.1.0-20211007-1519-OFFICIAL.zip/download
Just extract the recovery.img file from archive, and flash using fastboot:
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot reboot recovery

Want to convert to india rom (k20 pro) from global, already downloaded miui 11, android 10 india (.zip).
it's recovery rom, not fastboot.
should I put it in downloaded_rom folder and unlock bootloader then install a custom recovery to flash it?

You better flash xiaomi.eu miui11 Rom
Because indian rom doesn't support NFC
and it's pretty bloated. Even the xiaomi music app is bloated by Hungama add-on(and it's really frustrating).
If you flash miui11 by xiaomi.eu you don't need to flash firware and vendor file as the Rom itself contains them .
I highly suggest you to flash xiaomi eu rom
And it's far better than official MIUI
And less bloated
Only con is - no OTA updates in Xiaomi.eu roms
Every update is around 2.1GB in size
(I personally use xiaomi.eu MIUI 11 beta rom)

My CC9 is currently on Stock MIUI 12.0.2.0 stable (QFCCNXM)
Android version: 10
I checked ARB via fastboot commant and got "anti:1"
My question is .... "is there any way to flash Android 10 based EU custom rom running MIUI 11.0.3.0 ?"
That means I want to downgrade from stock miui 12 (Android 10) to custom miui 11 (based on Android 10) or custom miui 11 (based on Android 9)
via TWRP.
Is this will cause hard brick?
Please, someone clear this confusion...
Hi.
Read this article: https://www.xda-developers.com/xiaomi-anti-rollback-protection-brick-phone/
You can safely downgrade the firmware version on this device.

Thanks for the response. I know how ARB works in switching official miui.
We can check the antiroll back index from fastboot rom image (from bat file) but since I want to move from an official miui12 to a custom xiaomi.eu miui11 so how can I check that xiaomi.eu rom's ARB index? because custom roms are recovery rom to to be flashed from within twrp. Is there a way to check ARB index of an recovery rom?
This is where I got confused that switching from official miui to a custom miui will still get affected by ARB or not...
Is there any hope of pixelexperience package for mi11
Yes, after twrp

Yes , there is hope. But we need a custom recovery first , TWRP or AOSP recovery it doesn't matter
seems that twrp is out, now waiting for some developer to make a custom rom, and hoping that battery life can get better than stock rom.
Even so, this twrp that just released is based on A10, so u can only flash magisk but cant flash any A11 roms as of yet

What do you mean it can only install Android 11 ROMs? People are using the Mi 11 TWRP to install xiaomi.eu MIUI 12 which is based on Android 11:

Hi guys.
my M11 BL will be unlocked within 1hr.
I'm on 12.0.22 stable, CN.
From here:

Xiaomi has publicly announced MIUI 12, the latest version of their custom Android skin. If you're interested in trying out, closed betas are now available!

I've seen point n.28, for Mi 11, 12.5 beta Venus 21.2.22
Can I follow this guide using the above ROM instead of EU.ROM ?

xiaomi.eu
The explained method follow the fastboot instead of TWRP since TWRP is not yet available for MI11.
I would not expect any problem because of the beta account whitelisting.
Or any suggestion would be very appreciated.
Thank you.
ciao!
Does it mean using adb to flash and install the rom.
I can't seem to install using the instructions posted on xiaomi.eu, it's probably because mine is "sweetin" and Xiaomi.eu supports "sweet", but I am currently on their 12.5.9.0 rom by editing the updater script.
Is there anyway to do the same in fastboot mode?
Thanks in advance!
