(Another) xiaomi MI 3 locked & password Partition table doesn't exist

Helo Guy,
I've search all the xda forum and googling still no result.
I've tried lot of sollution (flash using pcsuite, miflash, fastboot command, etc) stil had no succed.
Really despeate trying to fix this phone for 3 days, really need help.
Problem :
I bught used Mi 3 and, use it normal. after reset it begin asking password
I dont have email and phone number from the person that i bught from

after that i reboot to recovery mode, tried to wipe All Data but failed, but succes to wipe cache and reboot
and it display other message in chinese language,
i've tried insert password and generate other message that i dont understand after that it reboot into recovery mode (could anyone translate it plz?)
exising condition :
1. can boot into recovery mode
2. can boot into fastboot
3. The phone still can do normal thing such as change volume, screenshoot, etc.
Solution that i have tried (no success) :
1. flash using mi pc suite.
succces download all filed (1.1gb in 3 hours doh), and then it says cannot continue because error
2. fastboot tips from khanmdsajid
running fastboot manually from command line
Error : FAILED (remote: Partition table doesn't exist)
3. fastboot tips By Sk.D in XDA forrm
running fastboot manually from command line
Succes running all command, but still request for password after reboot
4. fastboot tips using script from HarsimratSethi
running fastboot using miflash
Error : FAILED (remote: Partition table doesn't exist)
5. fastboot tips from varalex
running fastboot manually from command line
Really need enlightment guys..

My Bad, my phone is a Mi 3 not a Redmi 3. So i post on the right forum..

I'm Chinese, the first image is saying, "To start android, please input password"
the second image, "your inputted password is correct, but the data recovery failed, data lost, to use your phone, reset to factory settings"
for the last image, the "fastboot oem edl"
should be "fastboot reboot-edl"
you can try it again

Seems that it doesn't recognized that option command.

account verification was included only in newer miui version
flash twrp install miui 7 or 6 then upgrade to miui 8 .
MIUI version 8 require new partition table may be thats why you cant flash older miui version like miui 5 you are flashing version 34 and version 34 in global version is miui 5
so solution is flash twrp flash miui version global version or miui v8 using miflash (but then again it will ask for phone verification in miui 8)
best sol. use miui 7 global / xiaomi.eu version or any custom rom like cyanogenmod aosp

Hello, Xiaomi MI3 doens't have Emergency Download Mode, you have to reboot to fastboot (using volume down and power). After that you have to use MiFlash 20151028 and download FASTBOOT Rom for ur xiaomi (idk TD-SCDMA or WCDMA version), and flash it via MiFlash. If it will not solve your problem, we will try other thing.
PS: If you can't download it (the MiFlash) I could post it here. Newer version of MiFlash will give errors on Mi3.

i have this problem.
After the purchase mi5x i see rom of phone is android one.i installed TWRP on my mi 5x and after flashing miui pro rom on it after rebooting my device showing mi logo and fast turn off.my device can going to fastboot:crying::crying:
on my box phone writing mi 5x and i checked imei it on imei.com it say phone is mi 5x

Ur bootloader was unlocked and u lock it,u need to unlock it or reflash official miui with mi flash,be carefull!!
I recomend u see a lot of post for mi5x and flash with mi phone

thanks bro.yes my device at the first boot showing " unlock " .do you have idea for do it?
and can i unlock bootloader in fastboot without usb debugging?
i tried unlocking BL but in 99% failed.do you have idea?

When enter fastboot, tried to unlock bootloader with MI Unlock it said: "Current account is not bound to this account.", and then "Add your account and device in MIUI,s settings>Developer options>MI unlock status"
But, now I can not boot system, and can not enter Developer options...
In Fastboot mode I can not flash TWRP (because locked bootloader) to recover backuped system.
Is there any chance to fash official ROM?

-Hello, I'm in the same problem.
-I Buyed a MI 5X from Banggood.com
-It came with an alternative Android One
-I tried to flash 5X MIUI EU
-I received the message "the system has been destroyed"
-Bootloader now its locked but I can enter in the fastboot mode
-I tried to flash all Rom's in the official MI website (TGZ and ZIP) but nothing. The correctly Rom flash's at 1 second.
-I turned on in the DL mode and changed the driver but another error appears saying its missing files when I try to flah any Rom.

I am facing exactly the same problem guys. Did any of you manage to solve this issue??

Try to boot in fast boot mode..Flash twrp and go to reboot button..There have two slot in your phone..Choose other slot and reboot... Actually can get back to normal.

I have the same problem. Got the phone from teknistore which came unlocked. After installing eu rom the phone becomr locked again and the info the system had been destroyed.
In fastboot twrp can not be loaded because the phone is locked. Alsi mi flash is not working becausr is the lock.
How to solve this ?

hey guy, don’t bother with your head after flashing the official firmware and that’s all.
avoid brick. otherwise I had a hard brick for such a situation, I had to turn in the service one and they did it to me, remember our brick will not brick in any way until there is no way out.

now I installing last update for software global by trwp (Recovery) successful but when I restart my phone again go back to trwp window

I have a same problem,after i erase all data with yes from twrp,my phone only restar in OS without any posibility to go into fastboot.

Instructions for root Oneplus 10 Pro Color OS - Oxygen OS.
1. Open Settings on your OnePlus 10 Pro and go to the ‘About Phone’ option.
Look for the Build Number and tap 7-8 times on it. It will display ‘You are now a developer.’
Go back to the main Settings then go to System > Developer Options.
2. In Developer Options, you need to enable OEM Unlocking & USB Debugging
3. Connect phone to PC and choice transfer file.
4. Start adb and write adb reboot bootloader
5. Unlock bootloader (fastboot flashing unlock)
6. Need patched boot color os or Oxygen OS
7. Then fastboot boot boot (magisk).img
8. Start system
9. Install latest magisk canary and tap to install automatically.
10. Excellent
Download: Repo AFH (Color - Oxygen OTA-Kernel) Mega Repo (Color - Oxygen Kernel)
Ps. Of course, you must have the correct drivers installed adb (Google to the rescue)

I had a04 out of the box and update was too slow,
I did boot on patched a07 and repatched with magisk (gotta do it fast as you may get random reboot due mismatch of boot img) but it works.
Just adding value.

Can you help me? just got the OnePlus normally i'm good with rooting been doing it for years.
i followed the steps and all i get is a CMD command list no bootloader unlock.
i tried the standard Fastboot OEM unlock but doesnt work either just says unknown command
what can i do?

Cheers i tried that some reason it kept saying command doesn't exist i rebooted the PC and ran an ALL IN ONE TOOLKIT from my laptop instead of PC and worked. Thanks!

maybe you need to get on the Mi Unlock tool (download it > https://en.miui.com/unlock/download_en.html)
after downloading, open it up, you'll get this screen:

adb is used only on system to communicate with it via commands to your phone or emulator
fastboot is used to specially manage partitions on your phone with flashing and erasing for the basics, thus doesnt work with the prefix adb and only with fastboot on both fastboot and fastbootd

if you are referring to flashing stock rom, you need the fastboot firmware incase anything goes wrong, as recovery is only used to update via the miui updater app

adb is used only on system to communicate with it via commands to your phone or emulator
fastboot is used to specially manage partitions on your phone with flashing and erasing for the basics, thus doesnt work with the prefix adb and only with fastboot on both fastboot and fastbootd
if you are referring to flashing stock rom, you need the fastboot firmware incase anything goes wrong, as recovery is only used to update via the miui updater app

fastboot unlocking is impossible, and no need to unlock if its already unlocked

well now simply wait 1 week now, maybe you have been confused, no worries
theres another way with mtkclient to instantly unlock the bootloader, but takes more time and requires installation of other programs to run it, which can be difficult setting it up
