Is there some way how I can add/port spatial audio onto my phone? Unfortunate how Google limits it to pixel 6 and 7

Are you sure it's limited to the 6 and 7? I believe it's only available in the new beta releases, as they contain the latest audio policy. You should see something like "head tracking" in the audio_effects.xml
Sorry. Edit... head tracking is limited to the 6 and 7.
Surround sound via static Spatial Audio works on the Pixel 4, 4XL, 4a, 4a 5G, 5, 5a, 6, 6 Pro, 6a, 7, and 7 Pro,

Why should I buy this phone over the pixel 3,oneplus 7 Pro or oneplus 7t?
OP7 Pro would be a great choice. 90Hz display, UFS 3.0 and the most important one is the richest development community vs the other two. But be aware of that there is some reports of defected units.

Those phones have:
- Wireless charging (Pixel 3)
- 90Hz Display (Oneplus)
- UFS 3.0 (Oneplus)
- Fast near-stock android updates (OxygenOS updates really quickly and is beautiful, stock android is great as always)
- Minorly better cameras (Oneplus)
K20 pro / Mi 9T Pro has:
- Significantly cheaper price (just over half, in some cases)
- Wireless charging can be resolved with an extension
- Display refresh rate can be resolved with rooting android P (Q only goes to 72Hz right now, but 90Hz support coming soon)
- UFS 3 is disadvantage, but not by much!
- MIUI: MIUI11 is amazing, 10 isn't bad, and the phone can easily be rooted to resolve these
- HEADPHONE JACK!!
- Full screen display!
All phones have:
- Fantastic cameras
- Google Camera App support (powerhouse behind Pixel 3's cameras)
- Beautiful displays, even if refresh rates aren't equal
- Snappy processors and fantastic speed (You won't notice lag)
- Long-term OS support
- Large communities (varying levels of support)
All in all: If you have the money, I'd definitely suggest going for the Oneplus 7 Pro, 7T, or 7T Pro
But if you're looking for a phone giving you the best value for money with a headphone jack? I'd definitely suggest going with the Mi 9T pro.
I couldn't wish for anything more (Except a micro-sd card slot, but that ain't there on the oneplus phones either)
After looking into it some more I don't think the limited frequencies/bands are going to cut it with the Mi 9T pro. I'm in the US and using AT&T, as of right now the bands are adequate with the towers I use however my research shows AT&T is actively implementing band 66 for LTE and I like to keep my phones for 4 years or so. I'm coming from a OnePlus 2 so I need to future-proof somewhat if possible.

Fair enough. I use T-Mobile (Technically, Ting, which runs on T-Mobile) so 2/3 of the primary bands (2 and 4) are secure, only missing band 12.
I have my Airpods Pro paired with my Pixel 4 XL running
the latest update of Android 10. Everything works except
for the microphone and when using the phone. Anyone else who have this issue? Any
recommendations?

Hello
Why there is no compare between pixel 5 and onePlus 8 PRO at any video? is it because that it is mid range?
Thanks
Hey ,
I am debating both device which one would you prefer?
Main points which I considered between the Pixels available at the moment:
Pixel 4a 5G:
bigger phone
analogue audio out (via 3.5 mm audio jack)
No IP rating (probably due to the 3.5mm audio jack, so probably a good idea to tether a dust plug to your phone case)
Pixel 5
smaller phone
probably no analogue audio out - doesn't have a 3.5mm audio jack and analogue audio out via USB-C is doubtful as I know Pixel 2 and Pixel 4a do not support analogue audio via the USB-C port. (Sony phones do though).
IP68
For me, in the end, I settled for a Pixel4a (not 5G) because I wanted analogue audio out and a smaller phone. I tethered dust plugs onto the phone protector case to help prevent water and dust intrusion. Has had a lot of dust and moisture (but not submerged) exposure due to my job working conditions and the phone is working fine 8 months on.
The 4a 5G is terrific, but the 90hz on the 5 is a huge deal for me, especially running Android 12 beta where there are new animations.

I imagine the Pixel 5 running at 90Hz is easier on the eyes in a dark room compared to my strobing Pixel 4a running at 60Hz. Ironically, my old IPS LCD screen Xperia XZ2 Compact was easier on my eyes in a dark room because it didn't strobe.
I LOVE my Pixel 5. I looked at the 4a5g but the smaller screen and the 90hz pulled me in.
Can't go wrong with either!
I am currently facing issues with redmi note 12 pro + after connecting OnePlus Nord buds. Voice is not clear and received with lots of noise.
On the other hand I tried to test this on other redmi phones (redmi note 5) and it works fine.
Could you please fix the earbuds issue with redmi note 12 pro+.
Note: visiting service centre is also not useful.

I have also checked few threads regarding similar issues. It seems like people are facing issues with different earbuds as well.
I've had this with some buds on various phones, go into the bluetooth settings on the phone for the buds and disable some of the extra features. Ie: audio enhancements. like SBC, AAC, aptX,
