Question Update Issue - Xiaomi 11T Pro

I'm currently on MIUI 13.0.7.0 Global.
The issue is that there's an update notification telling me to "Reboot now" and when I click on it the phone restarts as expected.
Once that is done, the same update message is still there under "Updates"
Screenshot below.

Update:
I have enabled every package using ADB and was able to fully update. Now I'm going to remove useless packages again

Looks like you fixed it, good job.

[Q] Crash after golauncher update?

I posted this question in this thread ( #974 ) yesterday, but since I'm not sure it's related to the kernel I'd like to ask in this forum as well.
Hi all!
Just now something very strange happened I'll describe in steps below
1. installed update for go launcher
2. got two notifications about "bad data...." Sorry but i don't remember the exact words.
3. noticed that the background data sync icon seemed more active than usual
4. noticed that gps icon where blinking more than usual.
5. "hot" reboot occurred
6. stuff didn't work as they should anywhere.
7. reboot via quickboot
8. the phone rebooted itself once more
9. "touch the android to continue" screen appeared, but the i got an email on my gmailaccount...
10. FC on every autostarting app and service.
Could this in any way be kernel related? Go launcher update seems to be what started the circus, but I've been googling for a short while now but doesn't seem to find anything regarding the issue.
I've restored user apps and system data via Titanium Backup, reboooting now... (EDIT: still getting FC on almost everything after reboot)
I'm to say the least a bit confused here.

What I had to do, was to uninstall and reinstall all the apps that FC:d via market app to get them working again.
Anyone had the same problem?
Seems like "fix permissions" in rom manager solved the problems.

[Q] Update, OTA/Kies with root?

I have rooted my GS4A with odin. but now i see there is a update for my phone out.
i am still on mf7, but got an update for HM2(nordic countries).
and i cant update with OTA or kies, ("unit have been changed"). could i just download the firmware from ammobile and flash it with odin? and hopefully nothing is lost?
if someone could give me a writeup i would appriciate it.. want to stay with stock roms but still rooted.
Anyone?

I just did the update myself - I use Triangle Away to work past the detection and do the OTA update, but I had to use the advanced features in the paid version to get it to work. After update you have to re-root it the same way you did the first time. Note that super su might not be installed automatically again, so you might have to uninstall it and reinstall from the playstore after rooting to get it working.
The Triangle Away setting I had to use is "System modified workaround", and the instructions are right below the setting. You enable it, reboot, then disable it and do the update before rebooting. First time I had to try a couple of times, this time I enabled and rebooted, then started the download of the update, then disabled it before installing, and it worked first try.
Good luck!

Hi thanks for your reply. i fiddled with triangle away all morning, got my status to official. but i couldnt get it to work.
here is what i`ve done:
ticked off "System modified workaround", rebooted and downloaded the firmware. but when i try to disable the "SMW" I get an error from triangle away as it could not access superuser su/root access.. so i have to wait till supersu is enabled again to gain access to triangle away to disable "SMW".
tried again and again, but everytime i get an error that says "could not update, try with kies or contact samsung".

Yeah that's the problem I had when I got the first update. What I did the second time was...
Tick system modified workaround
Reboot
Start download of update while root is not available
Click hide or whatever it is, the download will move to notifications
Wait until you have root back
Go into Triangle Away and untick system modified workaround
Proceed with update install (I think you click the notification once the download is complete).
Basically I'm guessing you have to be in the unrooted grace period to start the download, and then it won't check again, so just wait it out so you can disable it, but that's just a guess based on my fumbling around so far. If someone knows better, please correct me.

System Apps Updater can't update any apps.

Hi there, recently bought a Mi 8 Global Version and having some issues with it, i've resolved most of them but this one I can't seem to fix.
Whenever System Apps Updater needs to update an app, it just can't for some reason, I have no idea why. The app that needs to be updated just sits as "paused" in the screen, and in the downloads section it just keeps saying "Try again"
Images shown here: https://i.imgur.com/h7okHEQ.png https://i.imgur.com/xzd2fR0.png
I've tried all kinds of permissions, settings, uninstalling updates to the apps, clearing it's data and cache, even formatting/resetting my phone to stock, allow install from unknown sources etc. and it still does this.
I'm on MIUI 10.0.3.0 - Global Version, Bootloader still locked.
Same problem happen with my mi max 3.
Had the same problem with K9 mail but after flashing a global rom, everything worked fine. I don't use WhatsApp though.

App installed from playstore will not get past spashscreen.

Last year after the rollout promise of PIE I reverted back to oreo and then I got no updates till now. I couldn't use the backup from gdrive as it is not backward compatible so started a fresh. Recently when I tried to install new apps( no matter which one) it installs ok and then when you open it, the app wont go past the splash screen and the app crashes with the popup "send feedback, wait and close app".
When I disable chrome and update android webview( which otherwise stays disabled buy default) I can open the app and it gets past the splash screen after showing the abovementioned pop-up and in the background shows the main page of the app and then it crashes.
I am not to keen on a hard reset and android beta cant be accessed as the official "stable" rollout of PIE is going on. However if I use the revert back option in beta labs it will give me OTA which will uninstall dec patch and the next update will install it back. So far I have tried that option and force pie option with the zip file in recovery mode but rolls back to oreo automatically( something to do with the beta registration). The forced pie option was buggier on my phone compared to beta anyway. I have also tried the clear cache and data in play store and services as advised elsewhere but it fixes nothing.
How do I fix the app "not loading" problem.
