looks like you tried to root that device with some combination ROM. ask in support thread or revert back to stock ROM.

Lmao did you factory reset from recovery after you flashed the combo with Odin? All you need to do is a full reset of everything i.e. data cache factory and then reflash the combo with Odin. In all the guides it says to do this and you won't have an issue. Not trying to be that guy but you do read the guide before you attempt it right?

[Q] GT-N7000 bricked, no recovery

Good evening ladies and gents,
I was trying to root / update a friend's Note, and I did the mistake of doing a factory wipe on an ICS ROM.
After some tinkering around, here's what I ended up with (I had no access to recovery so I was usinh Odin):
1. Tried flashing a stock ROM from sammobile, got stuck in a bootloop.
2. Tried flashing PhilZ Kernel to get access to recovery, still no hope.
In both cases the flashing gave a "pass" from Odin. When trying to access the recovery after either method, I end up with this Android loading bar that stops halfway through, reboots and gets stuck in a bootloop.

Stuck on boot after wiping system

EDIT: I managed to get it working. After trying several firmwares, I got one from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/note5/general/project-noble-firmware-pit-file-galaxy-t3179529 and everything is fine. Thanks.
Hey guys.
So I wanted to change my ROM and I wiped data, caches, internal storage, and SYSTEM.
Then I didn't have access to the ROM's zip file and I rebooted my phone. Now I don't have an OS.
I tried using Odin in download mode to flash the firmware (N920C) but it fails!
Please help me, what can I do? This really stresses me over right now.
My phone is stuck on the "Samsung Galaxy Note5" boot screen, and the only thing I can get to is Download Mode.
This is what Odin shows me:

Thank you very much and I could recover it :good:
FYI: this cannot be viewed on mobile.
I'm not able to understand what you're saying but if you are stuck at this screen then reflash the stock firmware in the similar way you would flash in the fastboot mode.
Refer this video
https://youtu.be/YBztHpLsBR0
Blankflash might written, if you can get into download mode.
If you can flash the gpt.bin, it might reset the boot attempts. Of course, it doesn't look like it will let you flash. Try mashing the buttons or ududabba? Maybe some combo with volume up and power?

Factory reset on rooted device? Is it safe?

Hello. I'm new with root and custom rom things. I have samsung galaxy j7 (2016) rooted with magisk without twrp because twrp doesn't support android 8 on my phone. I also have galaxy a8 with android 10 rooted with the same method. Its work normal. But I just wondering if someday i really need to reset my data, is it safe to factory reset via recovery?
This is how its look when i enter recovery mode.
It shows "fail to open recovery_cause (no such file or directory)"
Is it normal? Is it safe to factory reset via recovery? Cause i'm tired if i have to flash it again with odin. Did someone ever experience it?

S10e Soft Bricked :( G970F, lil guidance plz :)

Went to upgrade my S10e from Hades Pie (9.0) to 10 today and well.... it's soft bricked.
No longer can I get into TWRP. Best I can do is get into recovery for flashing using ODIN.
I tried downloading from Sammobile,
PDAG970FXXU9DTJACSCG970FOWT9DTJB
but no luck, see ODIN Screenshot:

}
I also have a picture of the recovery screen with all my version / flags info.
What should I do next?
Thank You!!!
Ok, Well... Got ODIN to flash the image by just unchecking the "Re-Partition" check box and now It is booting a little further, but not what I had hoped for...
Once I had the factory image start failing to load, I was able to reboot into the factory recovery menu's.
In addition, I was able to flash TWRP using ODIN and then begin flashing custom ROM's
No more help needed, but will leave my story here if it helps anyone else
