just noticed DERPFEST 13 has some Tiktok Service preinstalled. Is that normal behaviour meanwhile from g00gl3 GMS packages, or is there more crapware to explore deep in the system?!

Can some1 confirm that this sync service is installed too, while never ever installed this tiktok mess?! Still havent found out from where or who that came onto my device...
It's an internal Google service/component, it's not related to the TikTok app.
Thanks for clarification, havent had the motivation to dig deeper into (yet).

I recently flashed 133 Vodafone-DE and also rooted and deodexed
And also installed Avast anti-virus, in firewall section, I allowed some apps to access the net include Gmail
And also accessed these apps
But my prob is that I can't receive new mails notifications
Where's the problem? What should I do in additional?

My p9 has recently gone crazy and downloaded a colossal amount of data. It's saying that the email app is the culprit although the app itself is rarely used and I have conflicting data reports.
Any ideas what is happening and how to solve it?

Try disabling the e-mail app.
So I got the phone few days ago and I was unable to install Instagram from the play store. When I first got it I can find the app but it says it's not compatible with my current device. Now I can't even find it in the play store. smh

I had this issue and I cleared the data on the playstore app in settings and it sorted it

Since I'm using my Pixel 5 I do not have Snapchat notification...
It worked for few times at the begining, but after Google update, it stops.
For sure everything is well configured in the app side, but I spoted a difference in the notification setup pannel after and before the update, there is now less setting as previously:

So I wanted to go into VPN settings just now, but couldn't find it anywhere in system settings.
It's just not there anymore.
My VPN app still runs without any issues though, but I found it very weird.
I didn't delete any system apps nor freezed any afaik.
Anyone got an idea what caused this possibly?
