Bluetooth file transfer issues

There seems to be a problem with receiving files with between my Raphael and the PC. The PC receives files fine from my phone, but when I attempt to send a file to the phone, I get this :

Question RN10P Codec Support

Hello dears,
when I look online, it says the RN10P does not support LDAC everywhere,
but in dev options I get this output:
Do all the options display everywhere anyway or does it mean my Phone somehow supports this codex?
