how to prevent certain service from being closed

Hi all
Is there any way to prevent MIUI from closing an app that run as a service ( there is no actual app running when you check recent apps ) so you actually can't lock anything
The nHead notifications pubble is a great app but I can't find anyway to keep it running forever other wise MIUI will auto close or even when I clean memory
I'm on stock global latest 8.2.2 with no root
I have tried completely disabling battery optimization but no luck
Also the exception list in the cleaner security app is useless as I can't add any app to exception
Please any advise is appreciated
Thanks
Security>permissions>autostart.
Enable autostart for that app
From battery saver turn off ultimate mode.
STOP USING THE CLEAR ALL BUTTON IN RECENTS TAB. Never do this.
From developer options set memory optimization to off

Phone does not go into deep sleep - Sultanized RR 7.1.2

My phone is 100% awake when the screen is off, even with almost no apps running in the background.
I am using BBS to find the culprit, and so far I can see that it is due to partial wakelocks. But the problem is I am not able to narrow down the exact culprit because BBS shows me that almost every app was having a partial wakelock for the exact same duration (see attached screenshot) with counts as 0.
The counts are high for only OS and Google play services.
I am requesting people with more experience than me to help me figure out the culprit.
System info:
Latest build of sultanized RR 7.1.2
Rooted using magisk with only one grrenify4magisk module active.
Using greenify to hibernate almost all apps that run in the background except essential apps.

Note 9 keeps closing apps in background in about 4~8 hours

I think Note9 512GB/8GB is sufficient enough to keep all applications in background.
But mine keeps closing apps when I don't use it for about 4~8 hours (ie overnight).
I tried to disable any battery optimization options, RAM management, etc... even lock app in multitask view...
but no successful, apps still closed after ~4-8 hours. I don't care about battery consumption.
My questions:
1. Is my phone normal or yours can keep apps in background for more than 8 hours?
2. any way to keep the app running in background forever?
OS is Pie w Mar-1 Security patch level.
Thanks
My advice let it close what it want's then as Apps misbehave adjust there power settings individually. For me personally that's about 12 apps... And this time I was smart I created a folder and created screenshots of all of them so I when do a clean install or reset I can fix everything quicker!

My XT1965-T almost no deep sleeping

It is new phone. Thebattery drain pretty fast. It hardly lst for a day.
I have already root the phone, and disabled a lot of moto apps.
I have also tried apps to help the phone into deep sleep mode, such as greenify.
cpu spy show only 15 minutes deep sleep in 70 hours.
I have also tried to check the wakelock. There is not much wake lock trgger.
Does anyone else has same problem and how do you fix it?
I have created a sleep and hibernation short cut from greenify app. By click on this short cut, the phone goes into deep sleep mode.
So it seems the automatic hibernation setting does not work.
I will test it more.

Delayed Gmail messages.

Just as I fixed this on my OP 8 Pro by clearing the app and turning off optimised battery usage I'm now not getting gmails straight away on the X5 Pro until I wake the screen.
And the stupid thing is when you go to battery settings for apps the battery and background optimisation settings are non existent for Gmail on the X5 Pro.
What on earth has OPPO done here by not allowing to adjust background and battery optimisations for the Gmail app?
This is just dumb it's not an app owned by OPPO it's Google's app and yet they are locking the user out of tuning the apps background activity.
