[Q] HTC One TV App

Hello guys,
Sorry if this is a repost, I searched the forum for a similar post though..
Can someone confirm me that the TV app can work like my Harmony One?
Let's say I wanna watch tv:
TV ON
TV set to HDMI 1
Home Cinema ON
Home Cinema set to TV Input
Decoder (Belgian Telenet Digibox) ON

YES i can operate my old LG TV + DVD+ Decoder form TV operator. if that app dosn't have pre configured remote for your device just simply point remote to IR and it will learn keys directly. it works like a charm

yes, it will work. However I like the app "Smart Remote" much more, albeit it's quite pricey.

It is not as bloated as the HTC Tv app and allows you to place a configurable tv widget on your homescreens

[Q] Automatic cast youtube to chromecast?

Hello,
i've searched a lot on the forum and on google, the only thing i've found is a plugin for Tasker called AutoCast... but it doesn't work very well
My question is: does anyone knows if there is a simple way to autoconnect the YouTube app to the first available Chromecast?
I need this for my father, because he wants to view youtube on his 42" HDTV
his smartphone disconnects too frequently from chromecast.

I don't believe it's possible. You might have to check tutorials on how to use taker with auto cast, I believe it can do wonders if used right

Miracast and Dlna

Hello dear developers
Everybody knows that Nexus player doesn't have Miracast and Dlna built in
Because of Chromecast built-in
And my problem:
Chromecast built-in is working online all the time and I always don't have internet access and at this time , Chromecast doesn't work
And another problem is Sanction
Chromecast isn't available in my country
So I want to use Miracast and Dlna in my Nexus player
How can I do it??

Question Customer IR Remote - Is it possible?

I have an Android TV box (x96 Plus), but cannot find a way to program my own remote into the Mi Remote.
Anyone have any ideas?

Dumbest question i have seen today. App itself shows "if you cant find a remote submit a request". Anyway to help you install "Cetus Play" from playstore on your phone.
