I want to find security rom without gapps. I tried to find lineage os without gapps but i no sucsess maybe someone knows where I can find lineage os without gapps. (P.S. Lineage os 18.1 on xda doesnt want to install)
Hi @Sehaxe
LineageOS for the Redmi Note 10 Pro is being developed by @Pulkit Agarwal .
But unfortuntatley he did not make it official until yet.
His unofficial builds include GApps and some other proprietary apps.
You could remove those from his builds to get a "clean" LineageOS - but without knowing the developer in person you can't know if the ROM was compromised, as it is not maintained officially by the LineageOS community.
Alternatively you can review the device sources provided by @Pulkit Agarwal on Github and compile the ROM by your own:
Pulkit077 - Repositories
learning something new everyday ((:. Pulkit077 has 44 repositories available. Follow their code on GitHub.
github.com
For anyone who is not able to compile by his own and would like to get LineageOS without GApps I recommend to use /e/ OS:
Unofficial /e/ OS - Android S/12 - Xiaomi redmi note 10 pro **sweet**
Another S/Android 12 build for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10pro - sweet A big thanks to pulkit077, whose sources have premitted me to assemble this rom. - Please make sure you use the latest twrp version, 3.7.0-a12.0 to flash the ROM. - It is recommended to clean flash, for this device with...
community.e.foundation
Its actual state regarding security:
- Negative: It is also not official yet
- Positive: It is based on LineageOS 19 sources
- To be evaluated: It is based on the device sources from @Pulkit Agarwal
- Positive: It already includes microG (secure open source alternative to GApps)
Based on the facts stated above (I didn't review it yet) I would say that it is the most secure ROM for the Redmi Note 10 Pro as of now.
The /e/ OS builds for the Redmi Note 10 Pro are accessible by this link:
Sweet
Murena - Choose freedom
murena.io
Nevertheless I still hope that @Pulkit Agarwal takes his precious work one small step further and establishes that the Redmi Note 10 Pro gets official LineageOS.
Or, in case he is not interested, that another developer does it.

If you look up on rn10p telegram group you'll find the others, there are libre, lineage, calyx, all of them are unofficial. But yeah, unfortunately, all of them didn't open a thread in xda, maybe they don't want to give support in here or whatever their reasons are.
If in doubt, just ask them for the source in their TG support group and see if you could build it yourself.
Arrow OS, Carbon ROM, Omni ROM are some vanilla roms that are still active for sweet.

Thank you very much!
Due to your precious contribution I have finally found an OFFICIAL ROM that comes with microG included.
It is Omni ROM.
OFFICIAL Omni ROM with microG can be downloaded here:
OmniROM - sweet
And it is very lean, fast and based on Android 13.
Omni ROM is from the developer @AliHasan7671 (alihasan7671) who has also made the official Carbon ROM.

@AliHasan7671 there are many people who would highly appreciate if LineageOS would become official for the Redmi Note 10 Pro.
In that regard: u should trust no one. Get a Nokia 3310, be happy, no?
Okay lets be serious. U always have the option to compile a own ROM. Aint hard if u bring some patience to read, read, and yes, read even more to get into it to be autonomous.
Other than that, Volla Phone is a option. https://volla.online/en/index.html
Gigaset AG is not just selling hot thin air like many other, who keep begging for donations afterwards, threaten with support drops,.. If u take it serious about ur data, its something to consider.

Fyi, even sms isn't safe nowadays, therefore the rcs being pushed by Google to replace it. And more and more telcom vendors retire the 2g/3g bands, like it or don't, moving to 4g smartphone is inevitable.

LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps). LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit our Gerrit Code Review. Your changelog is whatever was merged into gerrit.
Important information:
This thread is for LineageOS 15.1 builds for Xiaomi Mi 6. The following will not be supported here:
Custom kernels
Mods
Xposed
We don't support Xposed and any logcat which includes a Xposed module will be ignored. You're kindly invited to not report bugs if you:
Flashed a custom kernel
Installed or did mods from untrusted sources
Modified system files
WARNING:
This is an early preview of LineageOS 15.1, there's no guarantee it'll work stable.
Database migration from previous LineageOS is currently NOT supported, you MUST perform a data wipe before.
Tips:
SELinux works in permissive
FBE is currently not supported
NFC is a bit buggy and drains a lot in standby, disable it when you don't use it.
You need at least MIUI Global Oreo 8.2.8 firmware, otherwise you'll get error 7 when installing the zip. Latest MIUI Global Oreo firmware is recommended.
Installation:
First time flashing LineageOS 15.1 on your device, or coming from another ROM?
Download the zip(s)
Install a compatible Recovery (I recommend twrp-3.2.1-0-sagit-blankaf-3.img as it works with /vendor (/cust) partition and February security patch decryption.)
Perform a nandroid backup of your current ROM (Optional)
Format data & wipe system, data, cache and dalvik cache
Flash LineageOS
Optional: Install the Google Apps addon package
Reboot

Just don't use the ROM.
XDA isn't meant to be personal. Just a webpage to share work.
If you don't like it just don't use it I guess.
Whatever gets done is usually added to github so any changes can be forked into others builds so improvement happens regardless of the developer abandoning the project etc.
That's the point of android development. Its open source so progress is shared.
Don't worry too much and go with the flow

I am pretty sure goodix fingerprint sensor works but I can't test it as I have fpc, If someone tested the goodix fingerprint sensor would be appreciated! Confirmed working
If you find any bugs that weren't there in last build a logcat would be very appreciated!

Introduction
Resurrection Remix the ROM has been based on CM,slim.omni and original Remix ROM builds, this creates an awesome combination of performance, customization, power and the most new features, brought directly to your Device.
Many things that in previous versions were tweaked with mods, are now included by default in the ROM so, please enjoy!
Special thanks to, the CM team, Lineage, DU, AICP, OMNI team, SLIMROMS and of course to all the supporters.
Note
BRE5 Vendor NEEDED
This ROM is for Exynos variant only. It won't work on you SD variant device.
I change the default screen density to 560 (for S9). If you feel things are too small, manually change it to 600 or 640.
What's working
Everything works on the official Lineage build.
What's not working
Everything doesn't work on the official Lineage build.
Instructions
Install the TWRP and make sure it's fully functional
Download the build and flash it through TWRP

Thanks m8!
You guys can’t imagine how long I’ve been waiting for this day. That’s one hell of a benefit google gave us there with treble. Can’t imagine that this would have been possible that soon otherwise.
Anyhow, there are a few quirks I’ve noticed (of course, no logcat):
- Power off leads to a reboot
- Enhanced reboot menu isn’t working, just reboots
- su appears to be working adb wise, but apps granted don’t work (f.e. Titanium)
- Magisk (even b16.4) results in a boot loop, guess that’s qwertys beer, not yours
That’s still not holding me from running it as DD from this day.
Does anybody know if it supports turning on the screen or unlocking the phone with the soft touch 3d home button .

unfortunately for us the only way to know is to try them all out since theyre all still new (@skittels15 and @IAmDeadlylxrd ). download and usage stats do say hundreds, but many of users arent here. itd be much better if they were all encouraged to join the XDA and share their experiences but yeah, what else can we do?
im currently on crdroid 07-05 and honestly i find it stable enough for daily usage (i dont play games on droids). apart from 100% 'my bads' i havent noticed anything major, @mrjoker18 has tried a ton of them though.
and honestly with the current ROM devs, id suggest to not try GSIs
To answer my own question: I'm on the SakuraOS official ROM for the past few days, and it is literally flawless. Everything works down to the tiniest stuffs, no glitches despite my serious tweaking and testing, and it's super smooth, pretty and customizable. SafetyNet works too.
Frankly, it feels like a proper manufacturer OS. Better than the original MIUI.
I also tried DotOS before it for a week, which was nice, but had a few glitches. GPS didn't work, couldn't record video with the included camera app, and I had some random reboot and freezes. I also prefer SakuraOS's look TBH.

im currently on crdroid 07-05 and honestly i find it stable enough for daily usage (i dont play games on droids). apart from 100% 'my bads' i havent noticed anything major, @mrjoker18 has tried a ton of them though.
and honestly with the current ROM devs, id suggest to not try GSIs

If you're having problems with decoding some videos (blurried),
this is mostly because the avc hardware decoder gets configured wrongly.
You can disable it with my magisk module:
avc_decoder_disabler.zip
If you are going to use Gapps,
I recommend to use the pico package!
https://opengapps.org/
For the others, you can use microG if you want, I've enabled signature spoofing.
Do you like my work?
Than you can simply hit the thanks button and consider to spend me a coffee or a beer,
I'm doing this in my free time and it also costs a lot of money to buy hardware.

It would be better if you carry the android 11 directly, which is for the s3 since it would be better than the android 9 and would support more apps and the tablet would last a little longer
Guys please chill , you just had android 7 two days ago.
If I manage to fix the last major problems, then there will be an android 10 build and maybe also android 11.
I cant say if the performance will be good enough, but with android 9 its pretty good.
(android 9 should be supportet a long time for all apps etc)
If there will be some donations in future, I will buy some new SSD's to store the Android 10 and 11 source and can start developing,
at the moment there is no place left (I contribute different LineageOS versions, Slim, RR, and I wont delete anything).
But more important at the moment is to reach a level for daily use with LOS16, afterwards we could think about other android 9 roms (if we want them, like for example RR, Slim, ...)
and then, I would release an android 10 build.
hi html6405, it's just crazy that you ported android 9 to our old tablet, sothanks for that big effort!
I'm using your slimroms port right now with android 7, do you recommend me to install the lineage os 16 yet, or do you think it is not still functional for everyday use?
Hello,
Thanks a lot for your good job.
I'll wait for the N8000 version .
It would revive my old tablet.
Regards.

This question is not easy to answere, we just have the testing phase.
But you could make a backup of your Slim7 installation and test it by your own.
Overall it's pretty stable and doesnt run bad so far.
I've already fixed many other things, you will receive an update, maybe today or tomorrow.

Slowly new custom roms are fading in for the spes/spesn redmi note 11 and now there finally is its own forum here.
A custom rom without Google and its services is still missing among these roms.
Hit a post here if you find some de-googled custom roms, will do the same.
Peace
Update 08.07.2022:
The lack of de-googled official roms seems to come from the fact that xiaomi did not yet open source the kernel source code for the spes/spesn devices. https://github.com/MiCode/Xiaomi_Kernel_OpenSource
Update 01.08.2022
I'm leaving this spes/spesn and will try to get a device where the OEM is more cooperative with opening their source code. There will be no further updates from me in this Thread.
Make sure to drop new information here, since there are and will be quite some people wanting official custom roms without google.
Thanks to @ulnik for finding a RSS feed on updates regarding the opening of the kernel source code by xiaomi:

https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/#xiaomi The spes/spesn devices are currently not officially supported by LineageOs
https://calyxos.org/docs/guide/device-support/ The same goes for CalyxOS
Again, this is probably due to the source kernel not being released to the public by Xiaomi.
