CherishOS is an AOSP based rom focusing on Unique and Smooth UI with handy features. CherishOS is a reborn of pie based Dot-ExtendedOS.Notes1. Unlock your bootloader
2. You need to flash Stock Android 13 before flashing this ROM, if you already have A13 flashed then skip this step (65.1.X.X.XX)
3. Just in case, if you came from a SODP based ROM, you need to go back to official Android 13 firmware, and boot until you get to the Xperia Launcher
4. Make sure you can send and receive SMS and receive calls (also via WiFi and Mobile Data, if possible). It would be better for you to get VoLTE/VoWiFi utilized once on stock to provision IMS
5. Currently tested on XQ-CC54 (If it does not work on your model, please report down below)What's broken?• Camera
• Wake up from sleep has a delay
• Fast Charging (was broken in 4.6 but I forgot to mention it)

Hello everyone, I only have one question, besides the Twrp and the vbmeta_disabled_R.tar do you also need to flash a Multidisabler via Odin? Thank you.

This would clear the User data / Accounts also, yeah ?
@afaneh92 _ Bro, I think the existing TWRP doesnt mount Data on the Newest March Security Patch.
I had no issues with the February Firmware.

You asked for dirty flash trick right? If erasing data and acc then it's not dirty flash.
I don't have any issue on March secure patch
What could be causing this issue?
Did a full stock flash as well, and repeated the TWRP process.

Hello everyone
Today I'm releasing the first build of EvoX 7.0, based on Android 13.
Please note that it's an alpha. Many features are missing, and it may be a little bit buggy.
Do not dirty flash from an earlier Android version. The best is to clean flash.
Please do a clean flash and use default kernel (Soviet) before reporting any issue.
=========================================
Device changes:
- Minimal changes for being able to boot Android 13
- Switch to file based encryption
- Switch to f2fs for cache partition
- Switch completely to f2fs for userdata partition
- Switch to erofs for system partitions
=========================================
Rom changes:
- Initial Android 13 build

You use this recovery, right ? https://github.com/Evolution-X-Devi...lpha/evox_recovery_cepheus_retrofit_alpha.img
during the sideload you should get a message telling you that verification failed. Simply press yes, and it should be fine
With twrp that's normal to get this error, it's not compatible
This is what I get with the recommened recovery:
"adb: failed to read command: No error"
and nothing else happens
LoganDeveloper said:

IIRC, OP only develops for the Mars and not Star. It just so happens that usually roms for the Mars work for the Star but you won't be able to get stuff like miui cam for the Star
If you're willing to use GCam exclusively, forgot the back display. OP's roms seem to work great
Thanks for the information. I understand there is no development for Star. But then I don't understand why the thread is here and not in the discussion for Mars. The argument they usually work can also mean that it is a lottery if the rom will work on the Ultra? I don't want to risk it, so I have to continue to put up with MIUI. Thank you for the explanation and have a nice day.

Thank you for the ROM.
I would like to ask if anybody knows - does dual SIM work on this ROM (specifically enabling and disabling certain SIMs on the fly)? I know Lineage has issues with that along with auto brightness (jumps from low brightness to too bright with no in between) on KB2005.

Does USB-C video out work? I haven't run a customer rom in a while and I specifically want to install one that has video out working. I can't recall if it was a pixel experience rom or not the last time I had it working.

I don't have adapter to test, if you are on OOS13 and if it is working and if this is essential for you than is better to stay on OOS13. If I find cable I will test.

Thanks for the reply. I am not, I have a KB2007 and there isn't a OOS13 available (yet, as far as I know). I can just load it and see I guess.

This rom is for F13 or F15 firmware, if you are on Android 12 then this rom is not for you, because touch wil not work.
I was upgrading from clean OOS13 F15 and when sideloading the ROM, I've got:
Error applying update: 63 (ErrorCode::kPostInstallMountError)
ERROR: recovery: Error in /sideload/package.zip (status 1)

Did you format data?
And did you copy partition?
You mast format data and after that copy partition.
And after that adb sidload rom.zip.
I just update mega directory with pixelextended recovery, try to install and then tray to install rom.
Sorry if install instructions not clear
Did you install dtbo.img, if not that is problem.
Here is install instruction
