I had recently tried to updated my p9-Eval19c185 to android 7 from b220 to b368 but the update failed, when i tried to rollback changed the phone stopped boot-looping and now only turns on and gets stuck on the boot logo.
I cant flash from sDcard dload file any more
Phone can only go into fastboot rescue mode
FRP and Phone locked and when i try to unlock oem using fastboot or erase frp, phone turns off immediately and boots to logo but still remains unlocked.
Any Help????? Fixes??rumors??
Sounds Illicit.

May be your fastboot process failed...try again or go to recovery and clean all usure data
i tried, but now my phone is a pricey brick.
never again an mtk devices.
I have suffered this situation few days ago, I was using platform-tool to install MIUI 12.01 recovery rom using flash_all.bat but got bootloop everytime. Then I tried to flash the fastboot rom via Miflash tool and finally it booted up, it also re-locked bootloader after flashing, but the phone is live again!
I also tried to Wipe User Data in Recovery ([Volume up] + [Power]) before flashed the ROM with Miflash. Didn't know if it'd fixed the problem.
Have you try spflash tool yet?
fortunately i was able to recover the device using miflashtool then i sold it and i bought a redmi 9s
dont buy mtk devices guys, worst experience ever
You must know what you do on MTK than its ok!!!

Mtk is made for poor people..if mtk is not available then we can not buy a smart phone....
So, i got a second hand mi 5 last week. Seller told me that it had software issue and I thought I could fix it. Because it was really cheap.
The device was stuck on bootloop when I had it. But I was able to open mi recovery and fast boot menus. i tried many options to flash a stable stock rom. The most useful one was to flash via XiaomiTool v2. It says successfully flashed and reboots but stuck on bootloop every time. (Tried few times already).
the bootloader is locked and no mi accounts binded to the device. Computer detects the device successfully.
I tried adb commands as well, but since bootloader is locked i couldn't get any further to flash or wipe.
Any useful suggestions?
Can you still access to fastboot mode?
If so, you need fastboot oem unlock to unlock bootloader first, before anything else.
I tried booting in a dsu image on my redmi note 11 {spesn} and it insta reboots to fastboot. What can i dooooo???
Lucky me after a forced reboot it was fixed but idk why it happens
you need to have an unlocked bootloader
Oh
Be careful! If you brick the system using that dsu, and not unlock the bootloader, then your phone is toast. (Hard brick)
I am having the infamous boot loop on the Mi Logo. It keep on non stop. After few attempt, I manage to get it to stay in fastboot.
So, I am trying to flash using miflash tool in fastboot. However it says unable to flash because my phone bootloader is locked. Anyone can help how to flash or fix this boot loop problem on a bootloader locked phone?
Thanks.
