Question Need help

I want to install Google's own android 11 into Redmi 9 power. I am a beginner. So i need guides. Can i install official stock android 11 into my Redmi 9 power? And how can i do this?

You want to install pure AOSP I guess... Well for that first unlock bootloader, flash Orange Fox Recovery and then flash MiUI EU Weekly latest build as we will be using its vendor.
Now you just need to download Android 11 based GSI build by phusson as there are no untouched AOSP ROMs built for our device yet. But in my opinion ROMs like PE, PE+, LOS, CrDroid, dotOS (not pure but my daily driver) etc. are supposed to be much stable (as they are device specific builds) than a GSI.

thanks. But I need the official android 11 or 12. But orange fox recovery is officially not available for Redmi 9 power. I need help in this case. By the way, I am from Bangladesh. So I don't know English very well. Forgave me if I stayed any wrong words.

Well, if you need pure Android 11 on your phone, and that isn't available, you need to build AOSP for your phone. That's a long way with tons of trial and errors, but you can learn a lot along (I also did). So first, you need a build system and set up the build environment. Then you need AOSP's source code, fork that. The next is the device tree (shortly devtree, the description code of your phone) and tweak that to play together with AOSP. Now comes the kernel's source. If you have this 3 and building is successful, you can go ahead and flash that with Orange Fox or TWRP, etc.
Take care because the fact that the build is successful doesn't mean what you got is usable, bootable.

General I found The solution of the touch screen

Hi. You test it this kernel ? Is safe to install it ? What roms do you use/ have tried ? Thx. I have the same type of screen and phone is detected as lemon not lime and i didn't get the 11 EEA rom yet even it is official released for lime in EU.

U can use miui.eu, it works good.

Yes i didn't face any prblms , and i used it on cr droid , dot os , pixel experience , havoc os , and a lot That i forgat

Hi. Can you provide a link with the rom you installed please ? Thx. For custom recovery do you need a special tipe of stable rom (a standard original rom from xiaomi but modified for custom recovery) or it is working with any stable/beta rom from xiaomifirmwareupdater.com like this: https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/miui/lime/stable/V12.5.2.0.RJQEUXM/

I forgot one thing - before installation of miui,eu, You have to first install via fastboot A11 rom.

Thx for links but if my phone is recognized as lemon and not lime (like in rom description) how it will flash in fastboot ? I don't want to get me some errors and possible (or sure) brick my device. That screen type ruins everything on this phone...lucky me. Thx again.

Another stupid question, there are two ROMs in the post. The first one is the original build and the second is the updated. Do I have to install the first one using the method mentioned before the second? I am asking because there is a significant size difference between the two.

Thanks for the future feedback.

So ROM [PixelOS] working very well. Fingerprint missing but I hope dev can fix this problem soon. Also HDR in Netflix is missing, but for now it's now big deal for me. For now I can't say much about battery life cos from yesterday I testing latest build.
Edit: I resolved problem with Netflix. Pixelify GPhotos magisk mod helped with this problem.

Important Notes:
To install the firmware, PixelExperience recovery is required, TWRP (RDS) support is not confirmed;
When moving from Android 12, memory formatting (Format Data) is mandatory;
Firmware from MIUI V12.5.6.0 is included in the firmware, do not install it separately;
SafetyNet check is passed by default, without additional modules (only enable MagiskHide if you have Magisk installed).
Clean install:
Install PixelExperience recovery via Fastboot;
Boot into the installed recovery, do Format Data (or Factory Reset);
Run Sideload along the path Apply Update -> from ADB;
Download the firmware from the connected PC with the command adb sideload filename.zip;
Reboot to the system.
Link to the official instructions with commands on the PixelExperience website (in English).
Itself was updated from the plus version to this one.

For long time there is no update. Last update is more than 5 months ago. So project on official pixel experience site is dead.

If there are bugs, I can't fix them. I don't have the necessary knowledge. Just shared a stable build.

The post says that I upgraded from plus to normal without clearing it.
I can try to build the plus version but without the sanity checks.

Hello, have you considered arrowos? Hopefully compile arrowos13, because 12.1 is really good to use, just stop changing it now. IN ADDITION, SINCE THE PE COMPILED FOR Chinese, DON'T USE GOOGLE, AND DON'T ADD GOOGLE IF CHINA DOESN'T USE GOOGLE, ISN'T IT BETTER TO MAKE A VANILLA VERSION?

Edit: I've noticed that screen off FOD stopped working, although it's still enabled. This might be caused by using Soviet kernel though.
Does anybody running the stock kernel have the same issue?
Edit2: It was a kernel issue. Latest soviet fixed screen off FOD.

On the standard version, the fingerprint is read when the screen is off. Try turning this feature off and on. On Android, there is a false position of the switches.

Builds are planned but now I'm focused on writing a script for building from under Windows.
Lots of problems with this.
Usually versions appear at the end of the month.

Question Opinion of a Senior Member !

The stability for me is when you leave your phone for ex with 60% of battery and after 2 hours or 5 hours you will find 59% or 58% and the stability for me is when you find the rom good for daily use good battery and good performance in games no crashes no lags, wifi works good, data works good, bluethoot work good all those things i find it with EliteRomLite miui 14.0.2 Global stable + Aghisna Kernel R15. Recovery TWRP nebrassy.
I tryed : Pixel Experience, Crdroid, Cherish, xiaomi.eu.
Not yet : Pixel OS, EvoX, ArrowOs, Lineage.
