Every time I update to Android 13 I can not use my sim card(s) any sim I put in has no signal as soon as I downgrade to Android 12 everything works again.
any known issues before I send it back for repair?
Thank you
Did you try a factory reset?
If you're going to contact tech support that's going to be the 1st thing they're going to ask you to do anyway.
Do you have an NE2213 original ? Ot was it Chinese to begin with?

Rollback firmware available for NE2215. Just downgrade. It's available here in OnePlus 10 pro XDA.

No the SIM isn't being read, that's the card symbol..
There's WiFi but no sim.
My guess is that the EFS or relevant partition is missing.
To the OP, do you get to see your IMEI when you dial *#06# ? If not then that's your problem.
I would rollback using Fastboot enhance, it worked for me..beyond that I would suggest an RMA or support from OnePlus .

Ok then sounds like the radio / baseband so a full flash via Fastboot enhance would work I'd guess.
Without reading through all the posts here it sounds like you've had a Chinese phone then switched region then updated.. not 100% on how to fix it but Fastboot enhance may do the job

Tbh I'm not even sure if it'll ever work.
You could try reflashing your OS, just read about it and go from there.
There's threads in the 10 pro section, I've spoken about it myself.
You can extract a payload.bin from any ROM then flash it using FE, just remove cow files.
With all that being said I couldn't advise if it'll work or not as I have the UK version of the phone, I have not changed region like your phone has had done to it.
Heres the original thread from the 8T
[TOOL][Windows] Fastboot Enhance [Payload Dumper & Image Flasher]
Fastboot Enhance What it can do? - Show fastboot vars - Switch between fastbootd & bootloader - Switch between A & B slot - Flash Payload.bin in fastbootd - Flash images - Erase partitions - Delete logical partitions - Create logical partitions...

I wasn't sure what they were but I have deleted them before..

Will this work with the T-Mobile version as well or only international?
Can anyone verify that this works on any model? I haven't seen anyone talking about it working, specifically, for the One Plus 7 Pro on the original thread.
I'm hoping for this bootloader unlocking method to come to the 7 pro, seems to work for the 6t without issue for T-Mobile users that are not Sim unlocked.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-6t/how-to/tool-6t-msmdownloadtool-v4-0-oos-9-0-5-t3867448
I'm just looking forward to the geniuses that were able to make it so I could convert my 6T to international version to do the same for the 7 Pro, since i'm getting my 7 Pro in about 8 hrs.

I added the support yesterday, obviously no more people have the oneplus 7/7 pro so we need a bit of time to see if it works or not.
In all cases i made this tool for all older OnePlus devices, so if there will be problems i will update the tool fast

The root option is connected to the twrp, so without a twrp you can't root with the tool. Let me know if you will be able to unlock the bootloader without problems. I'm waiting a stock rom to start working on the twrp
This looks like a great tool. I'm new to OnePlus so this should make it streamlined for me. Really looking forward to getting hooked on flashing again after several years with Samsung. I got the international OP7P this morning right when orders went live. I have a feeling that this community for the 7 pro is going to be massive.
I dont know the steps but if you guide me in the right direction I will give it a try.

Easy unlock in AOSP mods version 2.3.0 is not compatible with the November software update, 13.0.0 (TD1A.221105.001, Nov 2022). If it's enabled after you update, whenever you try to input pin and let the feature work, phone will not unlock and go back to lockscreen. Can possibly try to hit enter before the mod activates when you enter pin. Otherwise will have to disable/remove mod.

at https://developers.google.com/android/images it is still Oct 2022

You have a pixel 7 right? If you followed the steps correctly, most likely you downloaded the wrong file then.
The factory images are organised from oldest to newest, newest being at the bottom. So you need to make sure you downloaded the "TD1A.221105.001, Nov 2022" version depending if you have the verizon version or not.

Easy unlock makes it so whenever you enter the pin for your passcode, you don't have to hit enter. Once you enter the correct numbers, it automatically unlocks.

With Xiaomi Tool V2?
You must use the "my device is bricked" function and try with exactly the same version of the current rom of the phone.
note that this tool does not guarantee a 100% result

As said above this tool is not guaranteed for 100% success but has worked for some.
The problem for you is that the update is not completely finalized.
You know what to do now.

That's it, leaving the bootloader open you can install a Xiaomi Eu rom (better than stock).

The R10 selene and RN11 spes have A and B partitions to supposedly skirt this problem, but not RN10P sweet. The R10/RN11 have no recovery partition, but RN10P does. The R10/RN11 have to boot to custom recovery since no recovery partition like RN10P. What a Xiaomi crapshoot!

With a locked bootloader this does not change anything.
