Why are Indian Galaxy Notes stuck on KL3 ?

Why does Samsung not update Indian users to KL7/8/9 , while it has updated all others

Nope. Its unlocked.. Last update we got KL3 here in India..

You are lucky. We are stuck at KK9 in Turkey

Don't worry about that... Mine is Singapore set and we also stuck at KL3...
Or you can try to flash other region firmware from here... Just use Odin or Odin Mobile Pro to flash it and keeping the root access...

try using KL7 from DBT. if its an unbranded fone, there isnt any issue

How is KL7/8 better than KL3??

Hi, when i try to flash something like the twrp or root permission with odin, my note 5 just give me that image, and after fail.

If this is the Taiwanese version of the N9208 then you have to unlock the bootloader with the CROM service app before you can flash anything. If it is you can not randomly flash other countries firmware due to the difference in the radio
Only run the CROM Service app on the Taiwanese or Chinese version

I bought a Samsung Note 9 via eBay the original owner has it from at & t ... it's a snapdragon and I live in Europe ... my European SIM card works there and actually everything works only what doesn't work are updates my last update is december and especially the security update is from december 2020 does anyone know me how to put a newer or current security patch there ...?

normally if you are in stock ROM that you have not made any software modification you should receive the updates unless Samsung has changed something.

For explanation:
I bought the Lte version from Amazone. Unfortunately i can't use the lte function in austria because i need the austrian version of the watch. However, Amazone sent me a German version. Unfortunately, exchanges are no longer possible :-(
I watched a video (
) on how to change the country of my watch. Now I'm at the last step of the video and here I need a stock firmware so that I have the normal operating system again.
Unfortunately, I only noticed later that you should NOT do the whole thing with an LTE version. Unfortunately I don't know the reason. Is it all too late now or what should I do now?
