Is there any rom stable you can suggest me with miui 14 and android 13 that it takes updates ?
Xiaomi stable updates stopped with Miui 12.5 A11.
Just A13 with AOSP roms.

the MIUI in this device is limiting the cpu to maintaine the official frequency on the SD 855
the mi 9 has no problem with that
some topics talk about the cooling systeme in the mi 9t pro is much better then the mi 9
so whey XIAOMI gives you a SD855 device but cant benefit from it

Currently im on Pixel Experince Plus rom android 11. I want to try Xiaomi Eu rom 12.5. what are the steps?
Here's the thing, I'm thinking of running the MIUI 11 ROM to be able to install Kali Nethunter on the Mi 9, however, this MIUI version is the Mi 9T version (official on the Kali website). What are the differences and the problem I might have when doing this?
