As Rajeev said: If you are unlocked (you can see the "unlock" on the first screen when you turn on the device) you can start a new flash.
Install TWRP via fastboot and flash a rom or use Miflash.
If you are locked, well then...

I was trying to relock the bootloader and now im f*cked. Im stuck in fastboot and mi recovery 3.0. When I try to fix it with adb commands, my mobile screen turns off and the phrase: Any key to shoot down appears at the top right. I get the same thing when installing the twrp, when putting another ROM. I don't know what else to try. I need your help. Sorry for my English.
I have a video with the error but i cant post it, Thank You

Glas that you sorted it out. I was about to suggest formatting reflashing the rom with MiFlash.
Check my guide, I did something similar, but with unlocked bootloader, may work for you, give it a try and send dm for any help!

for a few seconds and then reboots to system. I have not unlocked the bootloader of this phone nor rebooted to fastboot ever since I bought it. Is it normal for a locked bootloader to show this message? Or is something corrupted in my boot sector or system files? Please help me. Thank you.

what did you do with the phone before it ended "system has been destroyed"? what software did you install last time? what gave you the error "erase is not allowed in lock state", mi flash? please be more specific... have you tried flashing via miflash exactly the same rom you had last time?
and most importantly, is your phone in fastboot or qloader mode? (check windows device manager)

The phone suddenly turned off in the middle of a call and came back on with the message I wrote. I didn't try to install a ROM before now I'm trying to solve the problem and figure out if it's a software or hardware problem

What do you mean box?
when you google "mi 11 box" what does it find? that's what i meant...
Are you ashamed of where you're from? when you don't answer...
find out for yourself what kind of software you had and try to flash it through whatever you see fit... I don't have time or mood for these stupid questions when you can't cooperate... this is communication like with a 12-year-old child...
good luck...
A little Background: I installed a module that broke my g-apps, so I tried to update my rom from 14.0.1.0 to 14.0.2.0 (EEA).The problem: I flashed the fastboot rom through Mi Flash. Now my phone is stuck in a loading animation when booting (I can access adb commands, but still can't access my files).I tried everything I could think of, but it just won't boot... I didn't make a backup and I don't want to lose my files if there's any way to avoid that.A very weird thing though: It gets really close to booting: it even applies reading mode and connects to adb, but the loading screen doesn't disappear.when I do "adb reboot" the system clock flashes for a second. When I touch the fingerprint sensor it vibrates.THERE IS NO TWRP FOR MY DEVICEThank you so much for your help!

Yes, unfortunately it didn't help
The flashing script has a line saying "fastboot %* erase expdb".
There is no image named expdb in the images folder.
Does this mean this partition was uninstalled but not installed afterwards?
Could this be the issue?
Where do I get an expdb.img from so I can flash it again?
Try posting this in MI11T forums instead of Magisk.
I accepted my faith and did a full reset.
My files are gone now, but at least my phone is alive.
Thanks for helping!
