Lineage (Raspberry pi4): Unallocated Space - Raspberry Pi Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi Everyone,
I just installed Lineage on my raspberry pi 4 and installed it as my car's head unit. It's really fun. I noticed in the settings that it had only 2.5 gigs of space remaining (off a 128 gig SD). When I put the SD back on my windows PC, it says it has about 110 gigs of unallocated space. I used my partition manager to try and resize the Ext4 extension on my SD card, but it couldn't. Can anyone help me get this unallocated space to show up as system space? Thanks in advance.

That reminds me of my own problem recently:

Totally mysterious, how many partititons do you have?

I'm at work right now, but I want to say 4 or 5 different partitions on the drive. When I get home, I'll take a screenshot of the partition manager.
I might try to use another raspberry pi with Raspbian to see if it will free up this unallocated space.

OK here are the partitions as requested.

FIXED:
After playing hot potato with my SD card, I finally got the partition the right size. on a separate system (Raspbian) I installed GParted (Link to GParted). I was then able to resize the 8gig partition to 115gigs using the unallocated space.

Find a boot animation that's less than 2.13 MB (that's what your screenshot shows as being available). You could also try having less apps in your system...

I moved my apps to sd and it freed up some memory

Moving your apps to SD doesn't do a thing for /system partition. It's only relevant for /data partition. And bootanimation sits on /system partition.
As suggested, move some of your system apps to /data, and/or uninstall some to free space. If the phone says "not enough space available" - the first thing to check would be just what it says, it might be right

I have this same problem. Can't move apps to SD card.
Help us please!
I'm using most recent Pac-man rom 4.4.4. SD card is 32Gb.
Currently, Android only supports the primary external storage for native App2SD function.
If the primary external storage is emulated from the internal phone storage (like in S3, Note 1&2 etc.) or does not exists at all, moving app to SD function will not be supported by Android system. It's the limitation of device (rom & hardware).
You can link the app in order to move its files to your SD card.
Its not even letting me link the files.

I don't think App2SD supports i9305. I have this problem before but decides not to use it.
Or maybe you can use Liquid Smooth Rom. They do have the function to move apps to SD.

[Q] SD card is detected by Windows but i can't access it

Today i was using my phone as normal and then i get the warning: "SD Card was removed unexpectedly". Tried to reboot to see if things went normal but with no success. I don't think it's completely dead because when i insert it on my computer windows does make the detection sound, but i can't access it.
Help?
Maybe you can try to format your sd card via your computer.
Before you format the card (using FAT32 only), try to do an error scan on Windows.
That's what happens when i plug my MicroSD card into my computer. Windows DOES detect it as a storage, but it can't access. I've inserted it on a Galaxy 5 and it asks to format the media, but the process is interrupted in the middle.
Maybe MBR?

From my experience your card is dead. I had the same exact issue with my 64 go microsd card. I had to buy new card couldn't even recover my files

You should have a look in the device manager, maybe, you have only to create a partition on the sdcard ...

Help, Partition problems. Default storage.

Can't switch external as default storage anymore and there's another partition showing up. It's a same storage partition. I tested it with screenshot. It showed up in both internal partition. I tried many times to change to external as default storage but after reboot it doesn't change. All my app data is store in sd card.
This happens when I install xposed framework from twrp and my battery ran out before it successfully reboot. But I didn't turn it on when I recharge it. I took out the memory card to copy some file and I turn it on without memory card in my phone to check some text. When I turn on with memory card in my phone I check my file with es file explorer. Then I just found out that there's 2 internal storage in my phone. Then I check the storage in setting. The default storage has been switched to internal.
Before I put back the memory card I run a chkdsk on the card with cmd. ( chkdsk /f [letter]
I've done this few things so I don't know which step makes it like that and how can I fix it.

I took a cellebrite apart, now I can't figure out where the micro SD card goes

I took apart a cellebrite touch I have laying around. I used to use it for data transfers between a few phones, until I got curious and started taking it apart. I can put it back together but the thing is it obviously won't work without the micro SD card in place. What is the problem? I've looked and looked and can't figure out where the micro SD card goes. I've googled info on this machine and there's nothing.
It has an Intel atom z510 1.10ghz processor, 1gb of ram, sandisk 16gb micro SD (which I don't know where it goes), running on an ancient Windows xp.
I found the SD card lose towards the bottom middle area but that's as far as I got.
I know it might sound dumb, and it probably is but I couldn't find any info anywhere else, probably because no one is so dumb. I know this is a mobile pc, and this forum is more mobile oriented, but since the purpose of the device is dealing with mobile devices, maybe someone might have an idea.
