anyone could help me clarify one thing ...
i would like to know if anyone know any stock firmware that use or have this language built in ?
else i would ask if is possible to add this pack of language to a stock rom or add ?
i have try the apps from playStore that worked but every time i reboot the mobile i get to set again the language and that is very inconvenient ...
So if anyone could help me or point me to one solution i will appreciate all help ...

i have got a question:
I have an App which depends on your ID / HWID i don't know exactly on what. Now i wanted to ask when i flash a new rom do i get a new ID or ist it stil the same?
Also i wanted to ask, when the ID is not changing, is there a way to change it?

If it is written in the OP of that rom that it is Unified then you can use it otherwise you will end up bricking your phone
