Hi! I used this forum quite a few times in the past in order to find alternative Android builds for my phones. But only created an account today.
I'm a QA tester and I created an account today so that I can ask a few questions, retrieve general information and maybe even help people.
XDA forums are one of the best things that ever happened to Android in my opinion. What I like about it is that in my opinion everyone should use his/her hardware the way we want, just like a PC. Although I don't have the immense technical background some of you have, I want to keep control, as much as possible, on what I do with my cellphone, and what it does on it's own.

I'm using Xiaomi and Asus since 2015. When I have a problem with my device, Google brought me to this XDA-Developers, and I've been using XDA-Developers as one of my resources for the clue or firmware.

I'm a college student who's majoring in IT. I like to tinker with electronics, refurbish computers, and mess around with FOSS on my devices.
I primarily joined to get support for LineageOS. I'm a former Scratcher, and now work with Python, C++, and I'm currently learning Golang.

It does most of the time, i just don't have much time to spend here, since i have a career too.
