[Important Notice] XDA Developers and GPL

Dear kernel and ROM developers.
According to GPL v2 license, under which kernels are released, kernels must be released with source code provided.
To be fully compliant, the thread must contain in the OP:
@ kernel devs
Successfully build and produce a valid output file, which is the same format as provided in the binary
Contain all source code, interface definition files, scripts used to control compilation and installation of the executable (it is not required to include the actual compiler/toolchain, but sufficient information should be made available to obtain the SAME configuration, including compiler flags, as used to build the binary version as released
Example.
Kick-ass kernel
Built with android-toolchain 4.8 4.8-2013.05 (linking isn't a bad idea)
Branch used to compile (can be a direct link to git)
Name of the defconfig used in build
A short instruction about how to build it (not necessary, but useful)

If ROM uses custom boot.img, the source must be uploaded by you.
If it uses kernel by someone else, the kernel thread (and source link provided in main thread) must be linked in the OP.
If the ROM contains stock kernel, it must be mentioned. Source isn't required.
If you can not do any of the above, release your rom without a boot.img in the flashable zip.
Using a non GPL compliant kernel makes your ROM non compliant and subject to removal
Violation of GPL is in fact a breaking of the law, so I don't have to explain what could be a final of this.

This dev sub-forum is scheduled for GPL cleanup on 8th July, I.e. 7 days from the date of sticky.
I believe that is enough time for everyone to comply with this.
Threads which aren't GPL compliant will be closed down with their download links removed.

The whole code which is required to compile a complete, up-to-date kernel in similar build environments.
So, yeah. Whole code, not just modified chunks.

With recent site wide concerns about GPL Compliance, or lack thereof, I've copied this here to help remind everyone about the importance of posting the matching source code for your kernels.
I'll leave this open for awhile in case anyone has questions about it.

It's mostly kernel optimization with a little bit of rom tweaking to make it smoother, when I get time I will sit down and go over the commits that I think are worth telling people about if that makes you feel more comfortable sir.

This thread started out rather poorly and has been cleaned. I'm going to leave the thread open for now so that the OP can update the first post as @LenAsh requested and so that members can help with testing and troubleshooting. I am subscribing to this thread to encourage members to be on their best behavior. Instead of arguing in a thread and posting PMs publicly in a thread, please report the offending posts / PM and let a moderator handle it.
To the OP:
First off, welcome to XDA. We are glad you decided to post a ROM here. A few things:
You are required to post the following. If you do not within the next few days, I will need to close the thread and remove the download links:
1. Kernel source: You mention "kernel optimizations" so you need to upload your source code to Github. If you used a kernel without any changes, then please link to the thread of that kernel.
2. Credits: Link to AOKP at least to give them credit for the base. Also credit for any tweaks you found here that you included.
Suggested things to post. Although these are not required, most threads have them and members expect them so they know what they are flashing (I personally wouldn't flash a ROM without these).:
1. Feature list: what this ROM has that makes it special. You made changes that you liked - what were they?
2. Screenshots
3. Changelog: when you have one since this is the initial release
For more help on what's expected for ROM OPs, please look at these guidelines.
I don't want to close the thread. In fact, I like to encourage people to develop on here. So, please at least post kernel source and credits to keep the thread open. The other stuff is gravy and can be done as you get time or your thread maintainer you mentioned gets to it.

Hope the OP is adjusted according to XDA rules. i'm going to kick things off by flashing and testing this ROM. i'll check for any kind of malware/spyware (crash-test-dummy). Keep your fingers crossed.

I wouldn't be holding my breath on the OP providing the info requested by @coal686. I see he's been active around the place, but this mustn't be a priority.
Out of interest, did you flash the ROM, and if you did, how did it go?

OP has stated that he is not going to update the thread to give credits (kernel source is in the download tab), so thread closed and download link removed until he changes his mind.

@Alberto97 is working on it, and will create a thread when he's ready. It's not appropriate to create a thread for something you didn't make when the actual creator is active on the forum and it just trying to tidy things up before posting it.

you can have your unofficial builds with cherry picks its only that alberto has worked on it since the start and he deserves the credit for official nightlies, that doesnt mean you are inferior in anyway , you can also contribute towards official nightlies its difficult for a single person afterall, never stop compiling!
