Hello guys, need your help. Today i tried to update my TWRP Recovery to new version. Unfortunately i downloaded not what i needed (i downloaded openrecovery-twrp-2.7.0.1-blaze.img) and installed it via flashify app, then rebooted to check out my new Recovery but there was a bootloop with words "Fastboot Kindle Fire" on it, then i was trying to get it out from there by typing fastboot commands
fastboot -i 0x1949 oem idme bootmode 4000
fastboot -i 0x1949 reboot
but first one failed with FAILED<remote failure>, i started to panic and i flashed my old recovery .img via fastboot ( don't know why, don't ask :| ), then rebooted via fastboot reboot command, then same thing but even worse, now the fastboot logo lasts only 0.5 sec on the screen then black screen and PC can't recognize my KFHD7.
Please help don't know what to do :crying::crying::crying:

Hi,
after upgrading to Lollipop, I wanted to downgrade to Kitkat. I think I flashed Kitkat's fastboot and what I only see after logo is:
"Fastboot Starting...
Fastboot Starting#1...
Fastboot Starting#2...
Fastboot Starting#3..."
currently adb doesn't recognize.
fastboot recognizes the device however,
the only command accepted is "boot". The others like "flash" doesn't work.
Any ideas?

Man I have one week with this problem. Some people told me who I erased the bootloader's unit they says than then this I need someone who own a hardware who has like name like "box" or something to set up the Bootloader and then Install the OS
So my OP3 motherboard was damaged and I bought a damaged OP3T (touch display and mic not working).
I took the motherboard of OP3T and used it in the OP3 and tried starting it --> It says battery mismatch.
I exchanged the batteries and used the OP3T battery in OP3 - -> So now the device starts and mid boot animation it freezes and restarts automatically indefinitely.
What have I tried,
I tried using the unbrick guide for both oneplus 3 and oneplus 3t and the unbrick tool for OP3T shows success but on turning on the device still freezes mid boot animation.
I cant unlock the bootloader (used "fastboot oem unlock") with error (Remote: oem unlock is not allowed)
I tried using older roms 3.5.3 and the latest 4.1.6 still no luck.
So please if you have any ideas please help me.
** I can still access bootloader and the recovery but cant flash twrp due to locked bootloader.
Will post a gif if needed (might be long - 1 min)

Erased all the partition even recovery and reflashed it with the Flash Tool.
Edit: Sorry, I tried fastboot erase command
This code returns FAILED (remote: partition erase is not allowed)
Hello, I installed Havoc OS on my MI A2, but then an update was requested, I did the update, but when I rebooted the device, it did not start, I went into fastboot mode and I reinstalled the havoc. "androidOne" screen and nothing happens, now I have to enter fastboot mode with the command "fastboot boot twrp.img" and the error "failed to load / authentication boot image" appears, I tried flashing the rom stock using the MiFlash, and the cell phone persists with the same error, now my cell phone is with the bootloader locked and I do not know what to do

Thanks, I was able to repair after unlocking the bootloader again and then unlocking the critical parts, so I flashed a stock rom from August 2018, however didn't block the bootloader again.
