Just ordered an S23 and would be putting a case on it from day 1.
Where I work, especially in summer, is crazy dusty. On my old phones the usb port would need to be cleaned out weekly and eventually would just die.
I'm looking for a case that covers the usb port. Ottorbox Defender is the classic. I've had a Supcase UB Pro on a different phone before but the kickstand broke in a week and I wasn't overly impressed.
Are there any other options? Bonus points if it can keep dust out of the speakers and mics as well.

Okay before you get the case, I would highly recommend you to get a Full-Body Protector for the device. Since you mentioned dusty, using cases would cause dust to get settled inside the device and can cause permanent scratches or marks on the back side of the device especially if its a glass back the marks would be more. Ive faced this on multiple devices so I went with a Skins on my S23 which I bought from Gadgetshieldz. There is also a Full-Body Scratch Protector which is fully transparent that they also provide. You can check these out cause these scratches can decrease the resale value of your device cause they end up being permanent.
Edit - Adding my Skin pics, I recently wrapped it with a new set of skins

I just posted this in the G2x forums, but I figured you guys might find it useful as well...
I just got a 2800MAH Anker Extended battery from ebay, and unfortunately, my TPU case didn't fit over the extended case back. FatalityBoyZahy suggested that I cut the back of the TPU case off to make it fit, and this is what I did.
What you need:
Generic TPU Case
Xacto Knife/Some sort of Cutting Implement
Patience
Optional:
File
Match/Lighter/Some sort of small controlled flame
What I did was cut the back of the case, a little at a time, until it fit over my phone with the extended battery in. I ended up taking most of the back off before it fit.
I'm not that great with an Xacto, so the cut was bumpy and jaggedy. I used a file to even it out as best I could. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so I wanted a clean edge. So, I used matches to melt the cut edge, and when it dried it was a clean, almost factory finish.

Final thoughts...
I think that It came out pretty well. One thing that I do notice is that the sides dont hug the phone like they used to... I think that this is because the profile is slightly different now and I left a decent amount of material. You could probably fix this if you cut a bit more. Its no big deal and you can still press all the buttons. From a distance, this seems like a manufactured case. You can only tell that it's diy'ed when you look at it from close up. Also, I think that using the file wasn't necessary because if you hold the flame there long enough you should be able to melt it down to be even. But don't hold the flame at one place too long... I had my case catch fire once
Cases are cheap, give it a shot
how secure is the case imean it lowers the damage of a fall or it's just like look nice case ?

It fits pretty snugly on the phone, so it should be just as secure as using a tpu case (other than the exposed back of course). I haven't dropped it yet thankfully, but it fits on pretty tightly and wouldn't fall off or anything... I'm pretty pleased with how it came out!
I thought that I would share this discovery! Like many of you that previously purchased a slim case for your Transformer Prime/Infinity tablet and now finding yourself with a totally different tablet (Nexus 10). The case you bought is now incompatible. What are you to do? Cough up more cash for a new case to fit your N10? Sure but you don't have to. Here is what you can do with no tools other then your own hands to make your incompatible Poetic slim case or something similar to fit your new N10!
* I discovered that the the four corners that hold the tablet in place and the two inner place holders are actually bendable! You can force these holders to bend and flex to fit your N10 snuggly. That's it! Saved you the need to buy another case
(Don't be afraid to force it when your bending it to shape. It will take some pressure.)
See photos below...
(These photos were after bending them all to shape. Sorry didn't think to shoot the before pictures:/)

*If you want to install a sleep/ wake feature for when you close the lid. All you need is a magnet like the ones on your refrigerator, like I did with mine and just cut it to fit the magnet snug like what I did below. The magnet I used had a soft foamy material that worked out nicely.
I no longer need to buy a case now that the one I had for the Infinity fits just fine for my new N10! Hopefully this helps you!

Good for you bud. Looks awesome.
And good to know that many cases fit the Nexus 10.

Thanks. Yeah just a little adjustment here and there Normally the case would be too big but since I was able to bend it, it all worked out.

This one seems to offer good protection, a hard shell inside a book style casing. No mention of a magnet.

Arrived early an looked very nice. Applied screen proector (always difficult on big Screens) one of the better protectors I have used, Fitted Nexus very well and all charging an buttons accesible. Turns device on an off as you open and close. Very happy with for £5 I paid"
Bit annoying that he only paid £5 for it when they're now £12 but even at that it's not a bad price.
It just seems like another of a million already available cases. All these dealextreme/ebay cases all look the same to me, and a case is a case, they're all plastic, and they will prevent scratching the screen, that's about it.
I've fallen for this one

Nillkin case
Not the cheapest, but it seems a good finish, tight and clean all around

Does this mean you already have that case? If so, what do you think of the pleather quality wise?

I posted the original link because I saw a case that took two properties of common cases that are not found together anywhere else, the book style cover enclosing the hard plastic shell. It's too bulky for my use but that doesn't mean it's not going to appeal to someone else, it deserved a link for that reason.
So I'm buying the Z2 tablet soon and I wanted to get a good case with it.
I looked around through the various cases, and I found this one I liked the most:
Coodio® Sony Xperia Z2 10.1 inch LTE Tablet 360 Rotating Stand Leather Cover Built-in Hand Grip Card Holder with Auto Wake Sleep Mode (Black). You can google it to find it on Amazon, I can't post links yet.
I like the rotating part so I can have my tablet stand vertical (for reading books and textbooks).
Anyone know if this is a decent case?
Are there any other cases that have the rotating thing so I can stand my tablet vertically?
Also will the case fit on the Wifi model? I checked the dimensions of both and they seem the same so I hope it will.

i am waiting for someone to buy and try these..lol
i hate the headphone jack being at the bottom ..so i want to know if using rotating case..the headphone can be plugged in while inside the case and using its stand..
I have the official case and it works perfect with headphones. Just fold it like that ....

Don't get sad; there's a secret about that headphones-friendly position of the original case proud owners seldomly talk about: Just look hard at it - and it will come down like a house of cards. You cannot use the screen if the cover is folded like that - just touch it and it collapses right away.
I picked up the Supcase armband case from Amazon since it has openings for all the features of the phone so you can still use it during a workout (Camera, audio jack, spen, fingerprint reader). The case material is a very thin flexible rubber but when put onto the phone actually feels pretty solid with a good fit. Due to how light this phone is, when attached to your arm it does not bounce around much at all though I thought it might initially. The strap loops through a slot in the back of the rubber case which could be a point of failure, but that doesn't seem to be much of an issue if the strap is tight enough since it really doesn't bounce around. Time will tell about the durability. I intend to mostly use it for biking so bouncing around is not as much of a concern than it would be for running (it really doesn't move much at all). I'll update after I give it a few rounds of use. Attached are pics.

My wife has this case for her LG G4. She like it a lot as it seems to be very reliable when she goes running everyday. She also likes the fact that you can use it as a case without the strap. She has the pink one.

Yeah forgot to mention that part but I'm probably going to stick to my other case for daily driver purposes. I grabbed this one since you can still use the fingerprint reader and I heard those other ones with the plastic film over the screen limit it's usage.

That's true. I had a few from amazon that hindered the scanner's use. Only case I found that doesn't but does have a protector is from Supcase that's also water resistant(not waterproof).
I love this armband. Just enough opening find fingerprint
