Stuck at boot screen after Wipe Data - ROM Gemini global V 7.3.5.0MMAAMIDD

Hi,
I have an issue while I want to wipe data (Disk undecryption).
ROM : Gemini global V 7.3.5.0MMAAMIDD
Bootloader status : Unlocked
TWRP 3.0.2
1°) Bootloaeder has been unlocked (Official software)
2°) Rom installed via fastboot
3°) TWRP installed via ADB
=> All is all rigth when I start the system..
4°) Reboot to recovery mode to decrypt file system
Wipe data (only)
File system decrypted. Reboot to system => Stuck on logo (I wait 1H30 to be sure) !!!!
So It's not possible to install SuperSU.
Any idea please ?

why don't you try to flash another rom?

Because I have the chinese ROM. I want to install EU Rom for French Language

I flash twrp but not working

I try to flash with Fastboot flash recovery EliteTWRP_3.2.1-0.img but i get error
cannot load EliteTWRP_3.2.1-0.img
If i remane in recovery.img I can flash but no twrp, only huawei recovery
After i flash i try adb reboot recovery and i get error
NO DEVICES/ EMULATOR FOUND
IF I PRESS POWER + + SOUND I GO IN HONOR RECOVERY

i instal elite twrp but i can not enter on twrp with button, + sound and power
Only in windows with adb

fuking elite twrp
now i can not instal stock firmware, dload metod failed, i flash recovery, and system stock with fastboot but not start.

here are the steps i performed
1. unlock via tool
2. flast twrp via fastboot
3. wipe flash pixel experience april 2020 build
4.stuck in bootloop format data.
5. reflash pixel experience
6 still bootloop
7. flash orange fox recovery zip
8. wipe everything except vendor and internal and otg
9 flash pixel experience and Fcrypt disabler.zip
10 reboot
now i am stuck in fastboot mode
everytime i boot into system/ recovery i am landed on fastboot mode

Best bet is to restore the phone and start again.
Flash the latest fastboot ROM for the phone, making sure that you change the flash option in the Mi Flash Tool, so you don't lock the bootloader.
Boot into MIUI once to finalise the installation. No need to do the initial setup.
Flash TWRP and boot into it.
Do a factory reset, followed by format data. Format not wipe, need to type yes to continue.
Reboot into TWRP to ensure the formatted data partition is properly mounted.
Flash PE, plus the extras you want.
Reboot to system and you should be good.
This is the best failsafe method when nothing else seems to work.

Install TWRP Recovery

tried to install second time twrp on my redmi 9 trough this tutorial https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...edmi-9-lancelot-indian-prime-miui-11.4205307/ and again hardbricked my phone .. so ..when i type fastboot reboot recovery , default mi recovery pops up and if i press reboot on it .. i get a boot loop, still can get on fastboot but no in recovery. I wanna install the twrp recovery
