I know I asked this and it was answered but I can not my my post/answer.
Feeling very silly...
NM, I believe it is "under" the slider bar for my SX66.
Can somebody confirm this so that we can update wiki for Sx66 users
http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=BlueAngel_WM5_For_Beginners
Cut and paste of the text changed for SX66 user would be great or a edit of the page even better.

O2 Battery Plugin
O2 Date and time Plugin
I know it's been done before but I thought I'd place these two in one place for you all. I've amended them so that the O2 installer ****e doesn't appear when installed.
firstly, does it work good on wm5 in true vga mode
secondly, can u put up some screen shots?
thanks
Firstly I don't know as I only have an Alpine.
Secondly I haven't got the software at the moment to get screen shots.
Sorry about that, I'll try get the screenshots but hopefully someone will get them up here.
All they are are the standard Alpine Indicators from the O2 Active.
here the screen shot....
Cheers Clustered, can always count on you.
you're welcome
it will be nice if you can add AM/PM too at the clock. just some idea..
All I did was rip them from the O2 Active interface supplied by O2. I had nothing to do with creating it. I'm not that good.
I wish somebody -would- create their own, though.. I have an open bounty of $75 in another thread for one.
This one seems to have some issues...
- it doesn't seem to adhere to the font size set. Which means that all my Today screen items would be in 'small', whereas this one appears in 'regular'.
- No separate formatting of the date string from the system string.
- No separate formatting of the time string, not even from the system string. "STFmt = HH:mm t" shows the A/P indicator in the task bar, but not in the Today Sceen item.
- No seconds display (as requested by another forum post)
Also, I noticed that my taskbar clock was gone after a soft reset after installing. Looks like it resets HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Shell\TBOpt to 0 (zero): no date/time. Mine's normally 3: date and time. Naughty.

Sorry about that, shouldn't have gone off on one. I was in the wrong there. Bit of a bad mood and shouldn't have taken it out on you. Looking back I don't even know what I was on about. as a sign of good faith i have deleted that post.
No worries - I know the feeling My post also zapped, and zapped the bit in my original post, as it didn't deal with actual issues with the workings of the software itself, which is far more important.

There's already a thread on the Dial by Photo feature from the Treo 700w.
I am looking for the apps for "Dial by message or name" and "Video ringtones". Does anyone have those installers?
See more here:

You might get a better response to your question here:

I believe someone has "borrowed" the Treo 700w ROM. Last time I read they were diassembling the ROM. I would like the dial by name also, but the photo plug in is better than nothing
Whoops, my bad. Wrong forum. Try this link 8)

I had this problem on my 8525 after flashing one of many ROM's and now have it on my Tilt with stock ROM. When sending a new sms or replying to one, the screen defaults below the address part onto the bottom of the text portion of the screen. I know this is a reg hack that is needed, but for the life of me I can not find it in a search. This was a common problem on the 8525's after a certain ROM upgrade if anyone remembers.
you mean where it cuts off the person's info you are replying to?
Yeah its annoying!
Doesn't cut it out, but when you open the window to reply, it defaults to only showing the text area, and uses the bottom part of the screen as the point that it sets to show. Thus, the top part of the text reply window is off the screen.
And yes, it is very annoying. I gotta find the reg hack to fix this!
As I recall it happens when the reg is set to use the right and left nav buttons to page down when using IE, it causes the sms to open at the bottom of the screen and you have to scroll back.
This question was asked by another Kaiser user.....guess you guys have all been busy flashing ROMs
The answer IS a reg hack, and here's a link to the reply I posted - the OP hasn't responded to say whether the problem is now cured, but if it's the same issue I experienced on my Hermes, the above answer will work.
Post back....I'd like to know if it works (I'll be getting my Kaiser next month, so this will be something to add to the "Tips and Tricks" document I'm compiling from everyone else's posts )
Cheers,
Mark.
My reg value is already set to 1 in this file. So, only option, set to 0 and lets see what happens!
Was just skimming through some threads and stumbled upon this. That problem was driving me crazy but i hadn't gotten to the point of searching for a solution yet.
This worked for me on my Hermes.
Thanks ^_^

Are you referring to the hack listed in the response above? Because on the Tytn II this value is already set as stated in that thread.
No this is not the same issue the Hermes had when you set the D pad to scroll in IE that issue was the "text curser" would be all the way at the bottom of a screen no matter what cutting off half of emails and what ever else text was sent to you. there is nothing to fix this issue as of now. BUT when I compose a new SMS it ALWAYS starts at the address line not sure why your don't
Ok, I have searched for about 2 hours now so I am giving up and asking for some help. How do I hide the Emoze icon in my tray (Bottom Right of the screen). I want the program to be running... I just want my screen realestate back. I am up for a program, registry change, anything.
Tilt running stock ROM
Thanks
Garry
This is discussed in the emoze forums. From this post http://forum.emoze.com/viewtopic.php?t=463&highlight=tray the developers of emoze say it isn't currently possible but they are considering adding it as an option in a future release.
Rumball
I read that as well. I was just hoping that some tricky smart people on here might have a trick/hack. I just want my screen real estate back.

Since the toolbar height has been readjusted in 23034 build and above, the panels look a bit offset, the height is about 10 pixels below and this makes it look bad. is there a way to fix this, i looked around in PanelManager section in the registry, but nothing there? where do I start?
In Manila this is hard-coded in the executable, so i guess in PanelManager.exe or PanelContainer.exe as well. There is a fix for Manila, you might pm the author for help.
XDA Devs rock, i need to contact the guy. Thanks. is there a way to unmap the volume buttons back to volume up and down, I tried AE Button Plus
You could try the VolumeControl Package that was released with rhodium 6.5 test rom. If I remember correctly it worked with this one.
no that didnt help. I contacted the guy, if he gives a fix, then I think everyone who's cooking 23034+ roms should start using both fixes for th X1
Would be great to get a fix for this.
Maybe you should ask about the volume key issue in Da_G's thread.
Her replied, but he said he doesnt have the exe to test. i told him to use the same technique on Panel*.exe if found. hope he obliges
Did you send him the files? Hope he will do this. Would be great.
No I didnt do it yet, but I'll send it when I return from work. (yes gotta work today)
Any news on this?

Don't think so. But I hope it will be fixed soon. Isn't there a way to hex edit the position?
Strange thing is that the Xperia Skype panel is aligned right.

Maybe it's dynamic in that panel.
Also, the Fish panel is aligned right.
There is a manila fix and volume button fix in Agent_47s latest ROM, but the windows volume adjuster moves in 20% jumps (goes from soft to loud with one press... not fine enough for my needs) and I don't know if it is possible to apply the same kind of position fix to the panels...
I tried to get the guy who made the manila fix program to do the same to all custom applications added to it and make it a fulltime program, but he didn't bother. (see first few posts). could someone redo the program or get the guy to give us the source code?
